Refund Eligibility
Refunds will only be considered under the following circumstances:
- The job post was not published within 24 hours of payment due to an error on our part.
- The job post was not visible to candidates due to a technical issue lasting more than 48 hours.
- The job post contained incorrect details due to errors introduced by our team.
Non-Refundable Situations
Refunds will not be issued for:
- Lack of candidate applications or responses.
- Dissatisfaction with the number or quality of applicants.
- Errors made by the employer during job post submission.
Refund Request Process
- Refund requests must be submitted within 7 days of the job post going live.
- To request a refund, please email us at [email protected] with your order number and a detailed explanation of the issue.
Refund Processing
If eligible, you may opt for:
- Extending the job post duration.
- A free repost or credit for a future job post.
