Director of Sales

The Director of Sales will own the bottom of the funnel, overseeing Account Executive (AE) AE Managers and Account Executives. As a people-first leader, this role will be responsible for driving results, and owning initiatives that impact the sales team and the entire business. Coaching and training are critical parts of the team’s DNA, so this person will have a high EQ and a passion for developing talent.

Alma sells to licensed mental health providers. The sales process is high-velocity, highly transactional. Reporting to the SVP of Sales, this role will play a pivotal part in building the foundational processes of Alma’s sales team.

What you’ll do:

Strategy & Domain Expertise

Partner with SVP of Sales and Sales Operations on forecasting, budget, headcount planning, individual rep KPIs, commission design, compensation and visualization across the revenue organization - pre-sale to post sale
Owns setting multi-year AE Strategy with a focus on sales process, sales pitch, pipeline management through an understanding of our buyer persona, our business model, and our sales methodology
Lead cross-functional projects to support strategic revenue initiatives
Evaluate, design and/or delegate complex processes for optimization as needed
Identify business challenges and opportunities, owning executing a solution
Oversee reporting on sales results - track progress, pinpoint trends, and fine-tune conversion rates, providing insights to influence executive decision-making

Leadership

Provide strong coaching and development to Managers and AEs
Own sales training to increase the team’s sales acumen and business knowledge
Drive sales results with a strong emphasis on the how and process that is equitable, repeatable and scalable
Partner with BDR Management + Provider Growth Marketing to align the top of funnel strategy with the bottom of the funnel
Partner cross functionally with Sales Enablement, Product Marketing & Product teams to continue to build upon our go-to-market strategy

Senior HRBP, Operations

We are seeking a proactive, experienced, and strategic Senior HR Business Partner (HRBP) to support our Operations department, inclusive of our CX and Core Operations teams, which includes a large, diverse, distributed workforce spanning both exempt and non-exempt employees. In this role, you will be a key thought partner to senior leadership, responsible for providing HR leadership and consultation across the team. You will support a large hourly workforce and guide and influence leaders of our remote-first teams.

This position is ideal for someone who has strong operational HR experience, particularly in environments with significant hourly populations (manufacturing, warehouses, customer experience etc.). Key Responsibilities:

Strategic HR Leadership: Partner with senior leadership to provide strategic HR guidance and help scale and shape the future of our Operations department. Lead HR initiatives that drive performance, engagement, and organizational effectiveness.
Employee Relations & Risk Management: Offer proactive and consultative support in managing sensitive employee relations issues, identifying patterns, and implementing solutions to prevent recurring challenges. As needed act as mediator and/or investigate escalated employee relations issues
Leadership Development & Coaching: Provide coaching and guidance to leaders across the Operations team. Help them develop the skills necessary to manage their teams effectively while fostering a high-performance culture.
Scaling & Systems Optimization: Work with leadership to design and implement processes, policies, and systems that enable scaling in a growing, remote-first organization. Workforce Management: Lead HR efforts to support a large non-exempt workforce, ensuring that policies, procedures, and practices are aligned with business goals and compliant with legal requirements.
Succession Planning and Org Development: Assist in succession planning and leadership development, ensure the right people are in line for future leadership and ‘critical role’ positions. Partner with leaders to make org design decisions and build a high performing culture
Performance Management: Help define and track performance KPIs for the Operations team. Ensure that employee performance is aligned with the company's values and strategic objectives.
Team Management: Directly manage HRBPs, providing guidance, mentorship, and oversight to ensure high levels of performance and engagement within your team.

Qualifications:

Experience:
- At least 7-10 years of HR experience, with a significant portion spent in an operations-heavy environment including Customer Experience (preferably manufacturing, warehouse, or similar industries)
- Experience supporting large hourly and exempt workforces, and managing HR for distributed remote-first teams
- Experience directly managing HRBPs
- Leadership & Judgement:
  - Ability to offer strategic HR leadership to senior management and operational leaders
  - Comfortable working closely with C-suite and senior leadership teams, but also willing and able to roll up your sleeves and dive into day-to-day HR responsibilities
- Employee Relations Expertise:
  - Strong track record of managing complex employee relations issues, with a proactive approach to resolving problems and creating preventative policies
  - High emotional intelligence (EQ) with the ability to build rapport and trust across all levels of the organization
- Process & System Building:

The Sr. Manager, Growth Partnerships will drive the strategy to optimize and expand Alma’s presence on 3rd-party consumer directories and affiliates, and maintain influencer partnerships. This individual has strong business acumen and relationship management expertise to maximize growth and efficient ROI. You will lead efforts to deepen integrations with existing partners, identify new growth opportunities with technical teams, and ensure scalable, efficient partnership strategies. What you’ll do:

Proactively source partnerships with direct-to-consumer affiliates & directories.
Conduct partnership discovery, assessing ROI, LOE and scale of each potential partner; prioritize.
Maintain partner relationship: negotiate rates, onboard and launch partnerships, monitor performance, optimize placements and roster file, serve as primary point of contact.

We are seeking an innovative Workforce Management Manager to lead and evolve our Customer Experience workforce planning and scheduling program. In this role, you will have the opportunity to build and shape the future of our WFM function while driving operational excellence through data-driven decision making. What you’ll do:

Be a key decision maker in our workforce management strategies alongside CX and Operations leadership teams.

Maintain accurate forecasting models for volume and staffing requirements based on channel, seasonality, and other factors

As a Core Ops Program Manager within Command Center, you will be supporting over 200 team members on Operations, playing a pivotal role in driving operational excellence and cross-functional alignment. The Manager of Employee Engagement & Internal Communications will play a critical role in fostering a culture of engagement, connection, and inclusion at Alma. Senior Manager, Consumer Paid Media

The Senior Manager, Consumer Paid Media will drive the strategy for efficient B2C paid media acquisition through both online and offline awareness and direct response tactics. This individual will be extremely data driven with a relentless focus on performance and optimization. The ideal candidate is a self starter with expertise in paid search, paid social, audio and CTV channels. You will drive state-based brand-lift, traffic and conversion goals maximizing awareness and efficiency. In this role you will coach two direct reports to test, build, automate and scale paid media initiatives. You will work with and lead both technical and non technical stakeholders in solving problems in a timely and agile manner. The scope of this role focuses on delivering against KPIs, while innovating and finding efficiencies through deep expertise, frequent testing and agile and swift problem solving.

What you’ll do:

Develop, execute, measure and optimize efficient campaign strategy for state-based direct response acquisition campaigns across paid search and paid social.
Develop, execute, measure and optimize strategic awareness marketing campaigns across audio and video channels, in partnership with Brand.
Leverage consumer insights to implement and optimize campaign and audience segmentation strategies, working cross-functionally (eg PMM, Brand, Content) to align creative and messaging with Alma’s product offering.
Coach and develop direct reports in campaign management, channel optimization, vendor communication, measurement and strategic agility.
Support a data driven strategy - responsible for building strong tracking and reporting infrastructure for all paid media channels.
Own a high-performing creative strategy through data-driven AB testing of variables, concepts and landing pages.
Own vendor relationships; negotiate terms and onboard new partners with thorough launch plans.
Test into incremental digital media channels such as reviews and business listings.

Who you are:

You have 6-8 years of hands-on paid media experience and 2-4 years of people management experience.

In this role, you will be building features that solve real problems for clients seeking care. The ideal candidate is able to recognize that successful software development requires communication, experimentation, and iteration.

On this team, you will have a strong hand in defining Alma's features, services, and architecture. The ideal person for this role loves to collaborate, has a foundation in backend engineering but is still comfortable leading complex frontend initiatives and leverages this skill set to build amazing digital experiences. Ideally this candidate is able to bridge the connection of the frontend and the backend.

What you’ll do:

Gain a deep understanding of what Alma clients do, how they operate, and where their pain points are.
Work across the stack and support complex initiatives in both the front and backend based on team need

We’re looking for a Director of Compliance to lead Alma’s Compliance Program. Reporting to the Associate General Counsel - Legal, this role will be integral to shaping the future of compliance at Alma and will collaborate with various departments across Alma to identify and appropriately respond to compliance risks.

The ideal candidate has experience building and operationalizing best-in-class compliance and ethics programs, and programmatic and business/operations functions in a healthcare organization. The candidate must also be comfortable with striking the right balance between providing strategic direction and managing day-to-day workflows.

What you’ll do:

You will be responsible for the overall leadership, management, and direction of Alma’s Compliance Program.
You will ensure the infrastructure of Alma’s Compliance Program aligns with the seven elements of an effective compliance program as detailed in the 2023 Department of Health and Human Services, Office of Inspector General’s “General Compliance Program Guidance' reference guide.

The Manager of Employee Engagement, Equity & Social Impact will play a critical role in fostering a culture of inclusion, belonging, and engagement across Alma. Content Strategist

It’s Alma’s mission to fill the gaps that exist in the broader healthcare ecosystem, so that we can remove barriers to quality care. As a Content Strategist on Alma’s Customer Experience team, you will play a vital role in that mission by translating complex technical concepts from our healthcare environment into simple, accessible content for Alma’s customers.

In the short term, you will craft and execute messaging strategies for high-value Alma help content, empowering our providers and clients to understand their insurance landscape and use our platform and product effectively to solve problems.

In the long term, you will use data to craft multi-channel, scalable content strategies to align with provider and client goals, Alma business needs, and industry best practices. You will collaborate cross-functionally with CX managers, product managers, operations managers, and product designers to ensure that our help content is integrated with the user experience and truly empowers providers and clients to navigate the healthcare landscape with confidence.

What you’ll do:

Translate difficult and esoteric insurance and technical content into straightforward and accessible resources that providers and clients can use to achieve the outcomes they’re looking for
Design inclusive multi-channel messaging strategies to engage providers and clients, so that they are informed and empowered with the information they need to use our product and services
Manage resources (including our CX Style Guide) to enable consistent content across the full Alma support ecosystem (including Support Center, AI tooling, and customer interactions)
Analyze and optimize content performance by using data to identify how our data is and isn’t meeting customer and business needs
Provide end-to-end project management for technical writing requests, including setting messaging strategy, writing deliverables, and getting stakeholder buy-in for final alignment before publication
Develop future support content strategy and iterate over time, with the goal of building Alma’s support content into a value-adding product in its own right

Senior Security Operations Analyst

Alma is seeking a mission-driven Senior Security Operations Analyst to join our team. We are dedicated to building and operating secure and compliant tools and services which help providers more easily manage and grow their practice. In this role, you will help us defend against cybersecurity incidents by identifying, analyzing, communicating and containing incidents as they occur. The ideal person for this role loves to research tactics, techniques and procedures (TTPs) leveraged by attackers and adversaries and works with other teams to mature Alma’s incident response program, defining standards, procedures and automating processes to uncover, resist and recover from security incidents.

What you’ll do:

Defend against cybersecurity incidents and identify, analyze, communicate and contain incidents as they occur.
Validate and maintain incident response plans and processes to address potential threats
Conduct network monitoring, intrusion detection analysis, and log-based and endpoint-based threat detection to detect and protect against threats coming from multiple sources
Deploy and manage cloud-centric detection to detect threats related to cloud environments and services used by the organization
Work with the security information and event management (SIEM) system to correlate activity across assets (endpoint, network, apps) and environments (on-premises, cloud) and identify patterns of anomalous activity
Research emerging threats and vulnerabilities to aid in the identification of incidents
Create runbooks for frequently occurring incidents and alerts to automate or assist with the resolution of those cases
Provide users with incident response support, including mitigating actions to contain activity and facilitating forensics analysis when necessary

Who you are:

You have 4+ years of experience working in a similar role with web technologies and information security and at least 2 years working in a senior role
You are self-motivated and capable of driving efforts to completion with minimal oversight while knowing when to ask for guidance and assistance as needed
You have achieved Certified Information Systems Security Professional (CISSP) certification or other relevant certifications
You have extensive experience managing incidents from detection to remediation including documenting findings, managing the response team and process, communicating updates, leading remediation efforts, and performing retrospectives for process improvement
You have experience building and running incident response programs, including planning tabletop exercises, developing breach simulation scenarios, facilitating tabletop sessions with numerous stakeholders, and writing summary reports
You have experience working with an incident management tool like OneTrust
You deeply understand AWS security tools and processes in regards to monitoring, logging, and incident management
You have multiple years of experience monitoring security systems that can scale, with high levels of automation.
You have extensive experience deploying and tuning the Elastic security information and event management (SIEM) platform and Endpoint Detect and Response (EDR) tool or a similar product
