Who You Are

You are an experienced creative professional responsible for leading design projects from concept to completion and delivering visual solutions that align with business objectives. You will create high-quality design assets across various mediums, including print, digital and web, ensuring brand consistency. You have a passion for early education. You have expert knowledge of the Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign) and are a Canva wiz (Presentation design and audio/video editing in Canva is a must). You can work independently or in a team and effectively manage multiple projects and your time to hit deadlines.

Brightwheel is seeking an exceptional Senior SysOps Administrator to join the Systems Operations team who will drive go-to-market operations that are scalable, efficient, and data-driven. The ideal candidate will combine their passion for problem-solving with deep systems expertise and cross-functional collaboration to fuel business growth, enable team efficiency, and deliver a great customer experience. This person will gain a comprehensive understanding of business processes and is able to work backwards to solve business problems using creative system designs that are flexible and scalable. This person owns the timeline they provide to the business for delivery and sticks to those dates, knowing when to work with leadership to manage scope. This person is also detail oriented in their technical work, making sure that business requirements are clearly understood and delivered correctly.

What You’ll Do

Design, build, and implement meaningful enhancements to our systems that directly correlate to improving processes and end-user workflows for our rapidly growing sales and post-sales teams.
Act as one of the lead administrators and trusted knowledge experts within Salesforce and other integrated tools within brightwheel's tech stack.
Manage projects of medium technical complexity end-to-end including creating new and updating existing salesforce flows, managing user permissions, executing deployments between salesforce environments, managing settings between integrated tools, and launching new end-user processes; lead comprehensive discovery/scoping sessions, outline business requirements, gain alignment with stakeholders, hit milestone deadlines, execute technical design with a thorough testing strategy, successfully deploy technical components with robust post-deployment monitoring strategies.
Proactively identify gaps within current processes and/or ways to improve existing backend components to make them more efficient and scalable.
Create detailed technical documentation for the internal Systems Operations team for newly launched backend components and regularly maintain existing documentation for updates to existing components, as well as assist with end-user training and documentation when needed.
Collaborate with internal stakeholders from other business units to understand business needs and work together to solve them.

Qualifications, Skills, & Abilities

4+ years experience of systems administration for sales operations or revenue operations, including 2+ years of administration for a hub-and-spoke Salesforce architecture
1+ years experience managing stakeholder expectations across multiple projects with competing priorities
Proven experience with systems, integrations, and tools utilized for sales, marketing, and customer operations processes such as Salesforce, Gong, ChiliPiper, Intercom, Hubspot, Zendesk, Zapier, LeanData, etc..
Demonstrated proficiency with Salesforce’s declarative capabilities, including updates to lightning page layouts, complex user permissions, building custom formulas, creating validation rules, building and updating detailed Salesforce flows, etc.

We are seeking a Business Development Lead to play a crucial role in driving strategy for our business expansion into Education for our Government & Enterprise Team. You have previous experience in an early-stage sales role at a fast-growing startup. You are a self-starter and are comfortable spending time researching the space to understand competitors and how to position brightwheel. You have previous experience navigating highly complex sales processes involving multiple C level decision makers and closing 6-figure deals. You are comfortable owning a process from start to finish and thrive in highly ambiguous environments.

What You’ll Do

You will be responsible for building a 0 to 1 sales motion and strategy for our new curriculum & assessment offering.

Drive & execute a new sales strategy:You will take ownership in leading the education sales strategy for brightwheel. These sales conversations will be cross-functional, high-impact, and will require answering questions that have never been answered before. You’ll be responsible for aligning our leadership to a recommendation and vision, then driving the business to achieve that vision.

Lay the foundation for a high-performing sales funnel: You will strive to maintain a healthy pipeline by building relationships with state leaders, RFP writing and strategic outreach. Once the pipeline is built, you are responsible for winning six to seven figure contracts for the business. These deal cycles include complex sales processes and multiple decision makers.

Partner with senior management teams to achieve results: You will work closely with senior, cross-functional stakeholders to understand gaps in our current offering and what would be needed to become the best curriculum/tech offering in the early education space.

7+ years of work experience in business development and strategy
Experience with enterprise sales and large quota attainment
Previous experience in working with non-profit or government grants and funding, a plus

We are looking for a world class problem solver and a highly structured thinker that can break down and solve any challenge using data. This person will both answer high priority, targeted business questions to drive growth as well as support day-to-day reporting needed across the business - including Product, Marketing, Sales, Customer Success and more. Additionally, this person will work closely with our Data & Analytics Engineering team on building and improving our operational data sets that power our analytics and operational workflows.

What You’ll Do

As an analytics engineer at Brightwheel, you will be responsible for building and maintaining the data layer for our analytics stack, top to bottom. Part data engineer, part data analyst, and part the connective tissue in-between, your responsibilities will span from raw data, up through cleaned, organized and analyzable data. What You'll Do

Assist customers in getting started with opening a new childcare center and preparing them to utilize the brightwheel product effectively
Own a running portfolio of 150+ accounts as they work toward successfully opening their centers and adopting brightwheel
Prioritize accounts to support customers in taking strategic, timely steps to open their new childcare centers successfully
Overcome customer objections to ensure the customer feels confident with the positive change and value brightwheel will bring to their brand new program
Diagnose and resolve technical challenges our customers experience as they get their system configured and their center open and operating
Serve as the expert on brightwheel’s technology platform for customers and other cross-functional teams
Collaborate across teams (e.g. Sales and Support) to ensure a smooth customer experience at all stages of the customer journey

Qualifications, Skills, & Abilities

2+ years of customer success, sales, and/or account management experience
Associate’s degree, Bachelor's degree, or comparable professional experience
A proven track record in onboarding new customers is a plus
Comfort with a high-volume funnel that requires careful prioritization to hit ambitious monthly goals
Ability to create urgency and motivate people to launch with brightwheel
Excellent collaboration, organization, time-management, and prioritization skills
Ability to self-manage time-sensitive and detailed tasks to deliver on time every time
Exceptional phone and written English communication skills. Bilingual written and verbal communication ability (specifically Spanish) is a plus.

Design, build, and implement meaningful enhancements to our systems that directly correlate to improving processes and end-user workflows for our rapidly growing sales and post-sales teams.
Act as one of the lead administrators and trusted knowledge experts within Salesforce and other integrated tools within brightwheel's tech stack.

1+ years experience managing stakeholder expectations across multiple projects with competing priorities
Proven experience with systems, integrations, and tools utilized for sales, marketing, and customer operations processes such as Salesforce, Gong, ChiliPiper, Intercom, Hubspot, Zendesk, Zapier, LeanData, etc..

As a Staff Data Engineer at Brightwheel, you will play a key role in the implementation and evolution of our web scraping and data platform. You will be a technical leader responsible for crafting and implementing a best in class web scraping strategy and infrastructure. You will build and scale pipelines that garner millions of records, across hundreds of sites, stored as measurable data that enable insights for our Analytics team and our customers.

What You'll Do

Use modern tooling to build robust, extensible, and performant web scraping platform
Build thoughtful and reliable data acquisition and integration solutions to meet business requirements and data sourcing needs.

Troubleshoot, improve and scale existing data pipelines, models and solutions

What You’ll Do

Conduct 80-100 cold calls per day

Schedule and run product demonstrations tailored to each prospect’s needs
Close sales and partner with the onboarding team to ensure a smooth customer implementation

Our School Operations team is focused on enabling the best day-to-day product experience possible. Early childhood educators are terribly short on time: the easier it is for them to take care of routine tasks, like tracking student attendance, logging activities, and communicating with parents, the more time they have to focus on engaging directly with the children they care for. Brightwheel is seeking an experienced Senior Android Engineer to join the mobile team. You will be part of a team responsible for maintaining and improving our mobile platform architecture, while working closely with other Product Engineering teams to build user-facing products and features. Design and develop software solutions for medium-to-large product engineering projects towards a business goal; ship software that matters to our customers and to our company.

Qualifications, Technical Skills

You must have 3-5+ years of professional experience working with Android development in a fast-moving team setting.
You must have advanced technical knowledge of the Android development stack, standard architectural patterns and its frameworks, including expertise in both Kotlin and Java.
Familiarity with Compose is a plus.
You should be confident in onboarding yourself to a project and operate with little guidance, but know when to ask for help.
You should be comfortable consuming REST APIs.
You are comfortable with standard tools, such as GitHub, Google PlayStore, Firebase, and analytics tools
Familiarity with AWS and/or cloud-based web architectures is a plus
