Job Description
Successful candidates will be responsible for:
- Leading teams to work with clients to create compelling and targeted direct mail marketing strategies that maximize grassroots fundraising;
- Maintaining client satisfaction, including managing relationships and providing exceptional customer service;
- Analyzing fundraising performance metrics and implement strategies for continuous improvement;
- Collaborating in a team to provide clients with strategic direct mail marketing planning, including revenue forecasting and budgeting to ensure account success;
- Working with client teams to assist in managing resources and timelines on projects;
- Identifying target audiences to drive new donor acquisition for key clients;
- Developing and managing fundraising budgets, ensuring optimal allocation of resources;
- Staying updated with industry trends and best practices, incorporating innovative approaches into fundraising efforts;
- Supporting business development efforts and participating in new business pitches.
Who you are:
- 9 or more years of direct response fundraising experience in an agency environment;
- Experience leading cross-functional teams to apply strategic direct marketing principles and being accountable for either the overall success of a program or a large component of a very large program;
- Adaptable to excelling in a dynamic environment with tight deadlines;
- Dedicated to achieving results while maintaining a collaborative team-oriented approach;
- Excellent verbal, analytical, written, and presentation skills;
- Client management experience;
