Panoptyc is seeking an experienced closer to join their remote team in Canada. As a Sales Development Representative, you will manage the full sales cycle from prospecting to closing deals and collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure smooth onboarding of new clients. You will also provide market feedback to internal teams to help shape product development and marketing strategies. About the Role

We're looking for an experienced closer who is comfortable wearing multiple hats in a fast-paced, evolving environment. This role combines traditional Account Executive responsibilities with those typically associated with a Sales Development Representative.

Responsibilities

  • Manage the full sales cycle from prospecting to closing deals.

  • Conduct outbound sales activities, including cold calling and lead generation.

  • Develop and maintain a robust pipeline of qualified opportunities.

  • Craft and deliver compelling presentations and proposals to potential clients.

  • Negotiate and close deals to meet or exceed sales targets.

  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure smooth onboarding of new clients

  • Provide market feedback to internal teams to help shape product development and marketing strategies.

  • Continuously refine sales techniques and adapt to market changes.

Requirements

  • Experience is less important than having the right qualities like these:

  • Experience in both Account Executive and SDR roles is highly valued.

  • Comfortable with a metrics-driven sales approach.
