As a Strategic Account Executive at Conga it will be your responsibility to guide our prospective customers through their evaluation of our growing solution set. As an effective sales person it is important that you have a customer-centric and inquisitive approach and that you provide a world class experience that is in-line with our reputation. As we build out our best-in-class sales team you will be asked to provide consistent feedback to ensure that we can course correct to achieve optimal team performance.

This is an exciting opportunity to develop and close strategic sales opportunities in the region. There are no constraints in the region. You will work with SIs and other partners to develop your region. The position comes with significant, rapid, career advancement potential. We have also developed Conga Intelligent Cloud which means we also have a platform-agnostic solution to sell.
Are you the person we are looking for?
Industry expertise. You have at least 5 years of experience in deal-making selling highly complex B2B SaaS solutions into targeted, global enterprise accounts ($20b+ annual revenues). Let’s face it, an understanding of Revenue Lifecycle Management software (CPQ & CLM) and/or the Salesforce platform would allow you to hit the ground running. You can clearly demonstrate your CPQ knowledge.
Desire. As a dynamic, high-performing, and big-deal-driven sales professional, you are eager to make deals happen, grow, and creatively find a way to close deals. If a best-in-class compensation plan is of interest to you, get in touch!
Results-oriented. Your approach balances a 'take charge, do-whatever-it-takes' attitude with teamwork and collaboration. You have successfully executed call plans, orchestrated account-planning sessions, and effectively executed account strategies.
Strong Prospecting Experience. With your proven track record of meeting and exceeding sales quotas on a consistent basis, you love the thrill of the hunt. Hunting and developing your region is a key requirement.
Strategic Mindset. Define your deal strategy and execute it. You conduct deep discovery, aligning with multiple decision makers; build meaningful business relationships; develop and grow pipelines.
Strong communication and interpersonal skills. You’re not just comfortable engaging in collaborative discussions, but initiating them, too. You are skilled at reading and adapting to different communication styles. When you speak you are clear and concise. Your strong listening skills foster connection with our clients and allow you to accurately collect the right information so you can resolve issues in the most expedient way.

Compensation (for US postings) In the spirit of the Conga Way, we strive to design easy-to-understand compensation programs that are fair and free from any type of discrimination. In keeping with this approach, we are committed to delivering competitive compensation and benefits packages to our colleagues worldwide and communicating transparently about the structure of our compensation programs.
The U.S. base salary range for this full-time position is $150,000- $190,000. Within the range, individual pay is determined by job-related skills, experience, and relevant education or training. In addition to base salary, Conganeers receive a variable incentive pay component, perks such as flexible work options, and a full range of benefits including medical and dental insurance.
The posted salary ranges are for the expectations outlined in the job description. We are often open to a wide variety of profiles and sometimes have flexibility within our organizational structure to adjust the role responsibilities up or down should we select a candidate that is less or more experienced than the posted job requirements. In these occasional cases, we will communicate the revised salary range to the candidate during the selection process.
