As an Accounts Officer, you will collaborate with a dedicated team to process payments, reconcile accounts, and perform general data entry. You'll be a great fit for this role if you have experience with:

    • 1-2 years experience in finance.
    • Processing, allocating, and reconciling payments to customer accounts.
    • Following up on overdue invoices 
    • Processing employee reimbursement
    • Processing vendor bills.
    • Performing general data entry and maintaining accurate records.
    • Assisting with account reconciliations.
    • Supporting ad-hoc finance tasks as required.
    • Responding to internal queries in alignment with company values, policies, and procedures.
    • Nice to have: NetSuite experience.
Compensation:
Octopus has an internally open and transparent system for compensation. Any Octonaut can view the compensation for any role at any level. This ensures people doing the same work with the same skill get paid the same. 

The compensation for this role is:
Level 1: Maturing: $70k AUD Performing: $85k AUD
