Welo Data is seeking an Ads Quality Rater based in Estonia to review and grade internet advertisements, helping shape how ads are delivered to end users. As a freelancer, you'll work on a flexible schedule, set your own hours (min 5hrs/week, up to 20hrs/week), and earn approximately $8/hour. You'll need strong Estonian fluency, English skills, and familiarity with online search engines. This role is ideal for those who enjoy researching topics online and want a fun side job. With no formal interview process, you'll be guided through an automated recruitment process. Please note that you must reside in Estonia and sign a Non-Disclosure Agreement and Service Level Agreement.

As an Ads Quality Rater, you will review and grade internet advertisements to help shape how ads are delivered to the end users. In other words, you’ll tell the AI program how good or bad its advertisement suggestions are based on the user’s keywords.
You will review ads in both English and Estonian

Project Details
Job Title: Ads Quality Rater
Pay Rate: Based on tasks (approximately $8 per hour)
Location: Remote/work from home - must be based in Estonia
Hours: Set your schedule based on the following – Minimum commitment is 5 hours per week. You can choose to work up to 20 hours per week.
Start Date: ASAP
Employment Type: Independent Contractor/Freelance/Self-Employed
Project Duration: Long-term
