We are seeking a Agentic AI/ML Applications Platform Engineer with a proven track record of building impactful solutions in high-paced environments. This role demands a mix of technical excellence, product innovation, and operational experience to deliver mission-critical applications and systems.
Your responsibilities:
- Design, develop, and deploy scalable full-stack applications leveraging modern frameworks and cloud platforms.
- Collaborate cross-functionally to clarify ambiguous requirements and deliver impactful solutions.
- Build and maintain secure, HIPAA-compliant systems for managing sensitive healthcare data (EHR/EMR).
- Contribute to the development of AI/ML-powered workflows and applications.
- Optimize CI/CD pipelines and infrastructure for efficient deployment and monitoring.
- Support and enhance on-premise and cloud-hosted applications to meet customer needs.
- Drive product innovation with a user-first approach to UI/UX design and development.
You:
- Thrive in high-impact, fast-paced environments, demonstrating intrinsic ownership and a collaborative mindset.
- Are passionate about experimentation and innovation, delivering meaningful production value in ambiguous scenarios
Your experience:
- 7-12 years of professional experience in full-stack development.
- 5+ years of experience building public cloud-hosted application backends (Python, Java, Go) and frontends (JavaScript/TypeScript).
- 2+ years in ML/AI model-based application development.
- Demonstrated success in delivering 3+ business-impacting solutions as a core contributor (responsible for 50%+ of production value code).
- Proven delivery of 5+ business-impacting projects and at least 1 0-1 initiative (startup/new vertical/platform v2 development).
- 1+ year in product development.
- 3+ years in UI/UX design.
- 2+ years in SRE (operations monitoring & on-call support).
- 2+ years in DevOps (CI/CD pipeline development).
- 2+ years of Angular framework development
- 2 + years developing systems that meet HIPPA / FedRamp compliance
- 2+ years experience with on-premise application development, deployment & support
- 2+ years of experience developing systems that use, consume or generate electronic healthcare data (EHR/EMR)
- Hands-on experience with batch and stream processing of security-sensitive big data sets.
