Hightouch is seeking a Technical Architect to help customers deploy AI Decisioning marketing campaigns and understand their impact on business outcomes. As a key member of the team, you will work with large companies, including PetSmart and Warner Music Group, to scoping out use cases, selling the value of AI Decisioning, and helping customers set up creatives and campaigns within Hightouch's product. With 5-10 years of experience in deploying or consulting on lifecycle marketing campaigns, enterprise selling experience, and strong interpersonal skills, you will own the continuous feedback cycle with customers and present insights to stakeholders. Hightouch is a remote-friendly company backed by leading investors, offering a competitive salary range of $170,000-$220,000 per year.

About The Role
Are you skilled at breaking down complex technical concepts while also having the creative intuition to recommend high-value marketing campaigns? Hightouch is looking for our very first Technical Architect who will be in charge of helping customers successfully deploy new AI Decisioning marketing campaigns while helping them understand the impact it drives for their business.
A day in the life of an AI Decisioning Technical Architect will look like:
- Working with some of the largest companies in the world in a client-facing role
- Scoping out use cases and selling the value of AI Decisioning in front of customer/prospective marketing, data, and data science teams
- Helping customer marketing teams set up creatives, campaigns, and outcomes within their marketing automation platform and Hightouch’s AI Decisioning product
- Helping identify where feature data is located, working with data teams as necessary or helping marketing team work with their data team
- Helping solution outcome data to be in a clean and usable state
- Helping guide customer to proper test set up
- Owning the continuous feedback cycle with the customer and keeping them up to date on campaign progress
- Presenting insights and milestones of AI Decisioning to the customer
What We're Looking For
- 5-10 years of experience deploying or consulting on lifecycle or growth marketing campaigns
- Enterprise selling experience
- Strong discovery and interpersonal skills
- Intellectual curiosity, high ambition and humility
- Experience managing and executing technical projects with a customer-first attitude and a strong sense of empathy
