ABOUT THE ROLE

Due to continuous growth, we are building an AI Lab to drive the development and deployment of AI solutions across multiple business verticals. As part of this initiative, we are looking for a Product Manager/Product Owner to lead the AI product strategy, manage stakeholders, and ensure that AI solutions deliver tangible business value.

The AI PM/PO will collaborate closely with the Head of AI, Data Scientists, and DevOps teams to ensure that AI models and tools are aligned with business objectives and successfully integrated into production workflows. This role requires a deep understanding of product management practices, strong stakeholder management skills, and the ability to prioritize and guide AI initiatives within agile frameworks like Scrum.


YOUR MISSION

As a AI Product Manager at Leadtech, you will:


  • Define and drive the AI product strategy, ensuring that all AI initiatives are aligned with business goals and deliver measurable value.
  • Translate business needs into clear technical requirements for the AI engineering and data teams, ensuring that AI models address real business problems.
  • Manage and prioritize the AI product backlog, ensuring that features and tasks are well-defined, properly scoped, and prioritized based on business impact.
  • Work closely with the Head of AI to set project priorities, define success metrics, and ensure that AI initiatives contribute to business growth, and cost optimization.
  • Act as the primary point of contact for stakeholders (internal and external), ensuring their needs and feedback are incorporated into the AI product roadmap.
  • Coordinate cross-functional teams, including AI engineers, data architects, DevOps, and business stakeholders, to ensure seamless execution of AI projects.
  • Ensure the successful deployment of AI solutions, managing the end-to-end lifecycle from concept to production.
  • Monitor and measure the business impact of AI solutions, ensuring they deliver on KPIs and continue to generate value for the company.
  • Identify and mitigate risks associated with AI product development, ensuring that projects remain on track and meet business expectations.
  • Ensure effective communication across all levels of the organization, translating complex technical concepts into clear business insights for non-technical stakeholders.
  • Lead sprint planning, reviews, and retrospectives, ensuring that Scrum practices are properly followed and team alignment is maintained throughout the project lifecycle.
  • Stay updated on AI trends and emerging technologies, identifying new opportunities to improve processes, products, and business outcomes.

  • Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in a related field such as Computer Science, Business Administration, Engineering, or Data Science.
  • You are advanced with ChatGPT/Claude/Perplexity/other similar tools.
  • Proven experience as a Product Manager or Product Owner in technology-driven projects, preferably within AI, Data Science, or Machine Learning environments.
  • Strong understanding of AI concepts and lifecycle management, including data pipelines, model training, and deployment.
  • Experience with agile methodologies such as Scrum, with a proven track record of managing sprints and delivering successful AI projects.
  • Excellent stakeholder management skills, with the ability to engage with cross-functional teams, gather requirements, and prioritize tasks based on business impact.
  • Ability to manage product backlogs, ensuring that features and tasks are clearly defined, well-scoped, and aligned with business goals.
  • Strong communication skills, with the ability to translate technical concepts into clear business insights for non-technical stakeholders.
  • Experience in monitoring and reporting on the business impact of AI solutions, ensuring that AI products deliver measurable value.
  • Problem-solving mindset and proactive approach to managing risks and ensuring project success.
  • Familiarity with AI infrastructure tools (e.g., Google Cloud, Vertex AI) and MLOps frameworks is a plus.
  • Ability to coordinate cross-functional teams and foster collaboration between technical and business teams to ensure successful AI deployments.
  • Proactive and results-driven, with a commitment to continuous learning and improvement.
