Job Summary
Inworld AI is seeking AI Trainers on a contract basis to review and evaluate AI-generated texts, interact with game characters, and create data samples to train their AI models. The ideal candidate will have strong English reading and writing skills, attention to detail, and the ability to work independently in a remote environment. As an AI Trainer, you will contribute to the development of production-ready interactive experiences for top-tier clients such as Ubisoft, NVIDIA, and NetEase Games. With a $500 million valuation and backing from top-tier investors, Inworld is a leading provider of AI technology for real-time interactive experiences. This contract position offers flexible hours (5-15 hours/week) and a competitive rate of C$18-20/hour.

We have an exciting opportunity to join us as AI Trainers on a contract basis, working 5-15 hours per week.
Responsibilities
- Review AI generated texts to assess the factuality and relevance of the text.
- Evaluate, proofread, or write text to create data samples to train our AI models.
- Adeptly vary the voice, style, and other characteristics of writing samples.
- Interact with game characters and annotate the interaction.
- Listen to different character voices and evaluate their naturalness and fit.
- Examples of potential projects include ranking AI generated responses, evaluating the accuracy of AI generated responses relative to provided facts, and crafting sample dialogues for a fictional character based on the scene and character backstory.
Qualifications
- Strong English reading and writing skills.
- Excellent attention to detail and ability to maintain consistency in writing and spot errors or inconsistencies.
- Ability to follow complex instructions, navigate ambiguity and work independently in a remote environment.

Remote location: Canada.
The contract rate for this position in Canada is C$18-20 per hour.
