    • Review and ensure that corrective and preventive actions (CAPA) are effectively implemented to address quality concerns, working closely with co-manufacturers.
    • Conduct routine and ad hoc food safety inspections to ensure compliance with company and regulatory standards.
    • Maintain detailed and accurate records of audits, inspections, and quality reports for internal use and regulatory compliance.
    • Ensure proper documentation is prepared and maintained for regulatory submissions, certifications, and audits.
    • Develop and deliver training programs for co-manufacturers to enhance food safety and quality practices.
    • Collaborate with procurement, supply chain, and production teams to align on quality expectations and ensure seamless execution.
    • Communicate quality expectations, performance metrics, and feedback to co-manufacturers to foster accountability and improvement.
    • Perform other duties as assigned, which are representative of the nature and level of work required for this role.

Basic Qualifications:

    • In-depth knowledge of GMPs, sanitation practices, FDA regulations, and GFSI scheme standards.
    • Proven experience with:
    • ○ Root cause analysis tools and techniques.
      ○ Conducting plant trials and implementing process improvements
    • Exceptional collaborative, reporting, and communication skills, with the ability to influence, lead, and develop others through effective training initiatives.
    • Hands-on approach with a strong sense of urgency and the ability to meet deadlines.
    • Documentation review covers both written and electronic documentations. The document review area includes quality, food safety, sensory, preventative maintenance, and shipping.
    • Willingness to travel at least 50% of the time to manufacturing sites and storage warehouses, including on short notice.
    • Demonstrated ability to adapt to dynamic environments and prioritize tasks effectively.

Preferred Qualifications:
