  • Assist with the creation of educational content and sessions to support employees in making informed benefits decisions.

Program Management and Process Improvement:

  • Coordinate and manage annual open enrollment periods, wellness programs, and other global benefits initiatives as needed.

  • Collaborate with internal and external stakeholders to document, streamline, and continuously improve benefits-related processes.

  • Analyze benefits usage and costs, providing recommendations for plan improvements and design changes, balancing the needs of employees with operational considerations.

Strategic Support and Special Projects:

  • Assist in strategic planning and execution of benefits programs, aligning with company goals and employee needs.

  • Provide support for special projects as required, ensuring seamless integration with ongoing benefits administration.

  • Benefits Knowledge: Strong understanding of employee benefits and relevant laws, gained through previous roles.

  • Organization & Time Management: Exceptional organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple projects and prioritize effectively.

  • Customer Focus: Highly customer-oriented with excellent project management skills, ensuring timely and accurate delivery of benefits services.

  • Team Player: Proven ability to thrive in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment, with a proactive mindset and the ability to take initiative.

  • Continuous Improvement: A focus on process optimization and a drive for continuous improvement in benefits administration.

  • Attention to Detail: Meticulous attention to detail, ensuring accuracy in all aspects of benefits administration.

  • Communication Skills: Strong written and verbal communication skills, able to explain complex benefits information clearly to employees and stakeholders.
