Job Summary

Binance Accelerator Program is a 6-month program for early career talent to experience life at Binance and understand the blockchain ecosystem. As a Backend Engineer (Big Data), you will develop big data platform tools, research and apply big data technology, and assist in solving performance optimization and troubleshooting issues. You will work with a talented team, collaborate on projects, and build transferable skills to propel your career forward. This program is designed for current university students and recent graduates who can commit at least 6 months tenure, minimum 3 days per week. With flexible remote work options, you will have the opportunity to contribute to the crypto-currency revolution and shape the future of blockchain technology.

About Binance Accelerator Program 
 
Binance Accelerator Program is a concise fixed-term program designed for Early Career Talent to have an immersive experience in the rapidly expanding Web3 space. You will be given the opportunity to experience life at Binance and understand what goes on behind the scenes of the worlds’ leading blockchain ecosystem. Alongside your job, there will also be a focus on networking and development, which will expand your professional network and build transferable skills to propel you forward in your career.

Who may apply
 
Current University students and recent Graduates who can commit at least 6 months tenure, minimum 3 days per week.

Responsibilities:

    • Responsible for the development of big data platform tools
    • Responsible for the research and application of big data platform component technology
    • Assist in solving performance optimization, operation and maintenance monitoring analysis, and troubleshooting of big data platform components
    • Assist in the introduction of new technologies, tackle technical difficulties, and solve technical difficulties encountered in projects

Requirements:

    • Proficient in writing Hive SQL and SQL tuning
    • Familiar with the basic technology of Python or Java, with project development experience in SprintCloud and SprintBoot
    • Understand one or several components in Hadoop, Hive, Doris, Flink, Trino, Elastic-search, and Kafka
    • Familiar with LLM and Prompt Engineering, interested in AI technology
    • Good skills in cross team collaboration and communication
