Job Summary
The Binance Accelerator Program is a fixed-term program designed for Early Career Talent to gain an immersive experience in the Web3 space. As a Paid Media Specialist, you'll work with a full team of experienced performance marketers and report to the Paid Ads team lead. You'll be responsible for supporting paid media management tasks, ensuring cross-channel consistency, and collaborating with cross-functional teams. This role offers flexibility, remote work options, and opportunities for professional growth and networking. With Binance's global presence and influence in the blockchain industry, you'll have the chance to contribute to a revolutionary project that is changing the world. You'll also receive support from external stakeholders such as graphic and motion designers, data analysts, adtech engineers, PMMs, legal, localization, and regional marketing and operations teams. Responsibilities:
- Support the paid media management team on daily implementation and optimization tasks including, but not limited to campaign launches, bid optimization, AB testing, content ideation and reporting;
- Ensure solidity and coherence in cross-channel communication strategies;
- Assist our paid ads project manager on the management of ad hoc campaigns, eventually leading end-to-end campaign launch processes on their own.
Requiremenents:
- Fluency in English is required to be able to coordinate with overseas partners and stakeholders. Additional languages would be an advantage;
- At least one year of experience managing any kind of paid advertising digital campaign, with a proven track record of meeting or exceeding KPI targets (CPI, CAC, ROAS);
- Proficiency in at least two of the following paid ad channels: Google Ads, Meta, TikTok, X or programmatic networks (the more, the better);
- Strong analytical mindset with the ability to draw solid conclusions from a given dataset;
- Experience conducting A/B tests across paid channels;
- Experience collaborating with cross-functional teams and translating their work into effective campaign ideas;
- Crypto enthusiast;
- Proactive mindset: not afraid of taking new challenges and ask for help.
Preferred Qualification:
- You have managed paid campaigns in-house for a fintech app, in multiple markets and across regions;
- You have worked at a very fast-growing startup;
- You feel comfortable working in a fully remote team environment.
