Job Summary
The Binance Accelerator Program is a fixed-term program designed for Early Career Talent to gain an immersive experience in the Web3 space. As a participant, you will assist the compliance team with ad-hoc tasks, analyze data, and participate in training programs related to Compliance and other subjects. You will also work on general administration and ancillary activities as assigned by the team. The program is open to current university students and recent graduates who possess strong communication skills, knowledge of financial crime compliance or law in crypto, and a comprehensive reading ability. With a focus on networking and development, this program aims to propel participants forward in their careers. Job Description
Responsibilities:
- Assist compliance team with ad-hoc tasks related to AML, Sanctions, and ABC financial crime risks
- Analyze data, identify gaps, and follow up with key stakeholders
- Assist in managing Compliance governance committees, preparing agendas, taking minutes, tracking deliverables
- Assist with preparation of various internal reporting, compiling, collating, summarizing data and proofreading
- Participate in training programs related to Compliance and other subjects relating to day-to-day responsibilities
- Perform any general administration and ancillary activities as assigned by the team
- Work with various internal and external compliance applications and programs such as Refinitiv World-Check and google applications
Requirements:
- Economics, Social Science, Law or Business Administration major
- Knowledge of financial crime compliance or law in crypto is preferred
- Must be a very strong communicator both orally and written in English, proficiency in a second language is a bonus
- Must be a comprehensive reader able to understand complex subjects
- Must be data-driven, possess strong attention to detail
- Ability to work independently across functional and geographic boundaries
- Should demonstrate learning agility and maintain a critical and innovative mindset
