The Binance Accelerator Program is a fixed-term program designed for Early Career Talent to gain an immersive experience in the Web3 space. As a Project Manager, you will be responsible for organizing stakeholder meetings, documenting actions and decisions, ensuring project adherence to frameworks, and providing administrative support. You will also develop, manage, and track security team projects, forecasting progress, managing issues, and reporting on budget and scope changes. This role is ideal for those interested in information security, with a Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or related field, excellent interpersonal skills, and advanced MS Office skills. With bilingual English/Mandarin required, you will have the opportunity to coordinate with overseas partners and stakeholders. The program offers flexible remote work options and a chance to contribute to the crypto-currency revolution.

You will be given the opportunity to experience life at Binance and understand what goes on behind the scenes of the worlds’ leading blockchain ecosystem. Who may apply
 
Current university students and recent graduates who can work at least 3 days per week.

Responsibilities

    • Organizing, attending, and participating in stakeholder meetings.
    • Documenting and following up on important actions and decisions from meetings.
    • Ensuring projects adhere to frameworks and all documentation is maintained appropriately for each project.
    • Deliver end of week status summaries with achievements, watch points, and next steps documented for the team.
    • Preparing necessary presentation materials for meetings.
    • Providing administrative support as needed.
    • Support with project documentation and assist in planning and execution of Security team's projects and software updates.
    • Developing, managing, and tracking security team’s projects, from start to implementation and supporting transition.
    • Forecasting, managing, tracking, and reporting project progress, issues, budget, and scope changes to achieve successful project completion, on-time, and within budget.

Requirements

    • Need to be interested in information security
    • Enrolled in a Bachelor’s degree program in Computer Science, Computer Engineering, Electrical Engineering, Information Technology, Software Development, Engineering Technology.
    • Know owasp top 10
    • Excellent interpersonal and communication skills
    • Team player with proactive approach
    • Have advanced MS Office skills (Excel, PowerPoint, Word, Outlook)
    • Bilingual English/Mandarin is required to be able to coordinate with overseas partners and stakeholders.

Preferred Requirements

    • CTF experience.
    • Project Management / Coordination experience.
