The Binance Accelerator Program - QA (FIAT) is a 6-month program designed for Early Career Talent to gain an immersive experience in the Web3 space. As a QA engineer, you will work closely with team members to test and deliver high-quality products, understand business scenarios, and design automation scripts to increase efficiency. The program is open to current university students and recent graduates with an undergraduate or postgraduate degree in computer science, software engineering, or related fields. Who may apply

Current university students and recent graduates

Responsibilities:

Work closely with team members to test and deliver high quality products.
Understand business scenarios and tech design, design and develop test cases, and organize test case reviews.
Execute test cases and identify issues through functional and regression tests.
Identify, track bugs to be fixed and make sure delivery on time.
Design, develop and execute automation scripts to increase efficiency.

Requirements:

Undergraduate or postgraduate in computer science, software engineering or related fields.
Understanding of software engineering, QA methodologies, terminology and best practices.
Experience with at least one of Java, python, or other programming languages.
Familiar with Linux, database or cloud services.
Strong analytical and trouble-shooting skills.
Good communication and collaboration skills in a fast-paced environment.
Fast learner and strong work ethic.
Having financial product experience is a big plus.
