Binance Accelerator Program is a concise fixed-term program designed for Early Career Talent to have an immersive experience in the rapidly expanding Web3 space. You will be given the opportunity to experience life at Binance and understand what goes on behind the scenes of the worlds’ leading blockchain ecosystem. Alongside your job, there will also be a focus on networking and development, which will expand your professional network and build transferable skills to propel you forward in your career. Current university students and recent graduates

Responsbilities:

    • Harness the trends on the internet and capitalize on them to increase impressions and engagement
    • Work closely cross-functionally with design, content, performance marketing, product and other teams
    • Design, execute and help with large social campaigns
    • Working with the wider global social team and with external departments, including product and partnerships, to promote and build the brand of Binance
    • Assisting the team across platforms to think of creative ideas, both for general posts and campaigns
    • Measure, report, and analyze the performance of campaigns across channels and translate findings into actionable, data-driven recommendations in order to improve future performance 

Requirements:

    • Bilingual English/Mandarin is required to be able to coordinate with overseas partners and stakeholders.
    • Possessing a keen aesthetic sense, one has the ability to independently create memes, four-frame cartoons, and/or videos.
    • Experience in the video, media, and/or entertainment industry working with agencies, creators, or digital media companies
    • Deep expertise of the digital media landscape and capable of identifying internet trends and/or opportunities for content
    • Exceptional creativity in content ideation
    • Minimum 5-10 hours per week commitment
