About Binance Accelerator Program
 
Binance Accelerator Program is a concise 6 months fixed-term program designed for Early Career Talent to have an immersive experience in the rapidly expanding Web3 space. You will be given the opportunity to experience life at Binance and understand what goes on behind the scenes of the worlds’ leading blockchain ecosystem. Alongside your job, there will also be a focus on networking and development, which will expand your professional network and build transferable skills to propel you forward in your career. Who may apply
 
Current university students and recent graduates.

Responsibilities:

    • Maintain community operations and organize community activities.
    • Collaborate with the Community Manager to generate stimulating and refreshing content for social media platforms.
    • Generate, edit, publish and share engaging content daily (e.g. original text, photos, videos, and news).
    • Launch, manage and host community campaigns (AMAs, polls, live streams, giveaways).
    • Engage with social media followers, respond to queries in a timely manner and monitor customer reviews.
    • Actively follow Facebook, Instagram, and crypto Twitter. Find threads and topics to engage with.
    • Edit and manage graphic assets.
    • Understanding and sharing of knowledge on local trends, communities, and news.
    • Monitor KPIs, traffic metrics, and community growth and engagement.
    • Handle marketing communication tasks.

Requirements:

    • Strong understanding of the cryptocurrency and blockchain industry, including key players, trends, technologies, and regulatory environment.
    • Highly organized and detail-oriented, with excellent time management skills and the ability to prioritize tasks effectively, in addition to being an expert problem-solver.
    • Excellent interpersonal skills, with the ability to work collaboratively across multiple departments and influence stakeholders at all levels.
    • Flexibility to adapt to a constantly evolving industry, staying informed of new trends and developments that could shape the future of content creation in the crypto space.
    • Bilingual English/Mandarin is required to be able to coordinate with overseas partners and stakeholders.
