Responsibilities:

    • Social media specialist and events enthusiast with strong organizational and project management skills to support the marketing team across multiple functions focusing on 3 main areas: 
    • Social media coverage and content creation for Binance Argentina’s social media channels 
      Support the local Events & Activation team with local online and offline Event execution
      Overall Project management
    •  Serve as a liaison between the regional social lead, the global social team and the local marketing team;
    • Coordinate content calendarization for social channels and propose initiatives targeted to the local market;
    • Align with KOL team creation and integration of KOL content, UGC, influencer content;
    • Support the organization of online and offline events and meet-ups in the region;
    • Learn to navigate in Binance’s internal tools (for example Social Media programming tool, CVent and admin tools);
    • Integrate third party content into our channels like in collaboration with partners, Angels, communities;
    • Create, translate, and proofread content that will serve the local community and users well for Binance, focusing on the local market (i.e. Newsletters, Blogs, Copy);
    • Assist the local marketing team with campaign execution, such as planning and calendarization and processes. 

Requirements:

    • Bachelor degree or above in Marketing, Communications, Event Management;
    • Exposure to digital marketing planning and execution work experience, preferably in Event / Social Media Agencies, crypto exchanges/fintech/eCommerce/tech/gaming;
    • Experience in community management and events is required;Good copy writing skills;
    • Video editing and experienced with FIGMA for social media content creation;
    • Must have a strong interest and knowledge in the crypto / blockchain / technology space;
    • Extremely organized, able to manage time effectively, and comfortable working across time zones and multiple projects;
    • Language skills: Spanish and English;
    • Ability to handle a fast-paced environment and many moving parts at once.
