Job Summary
The Binance Accelerator Program - VIP Growth Marketing is a remote position that involves assisting in the planning and execution of online and offline marketing activities, analyzing campaign performance, staying on top of market trends, and creating interactive content initiatives. As a member of the team, you will collaborate with growth marketing, Product Marketing, and PR to run promotional campaigns and contribute to the development of innovative AI solutions. We work closely with a wide range of market participants, including; individual traders, High-frequency trading (HFT) and proprietary trading firms, hedge funds, asset managers and family offices, market makers and brokers, investment banks, corporations, fintech firms, and more.
Responsibilities:
- Assisting in the planning and execution of online and offline marketing activities, events, and campaigns
- Assisting in analyzing the VIP campaigns' performance by gathering data and providing a summary of key business results
- Staying on top of market trends and conducting desk research on competitive behaviors
- Contributing to the content marketing to increase brand awareness, drive leads, and upgrade VIP tiers
- Creating and developing interactive content initiatives such as newsletters and social media posts
- Working closely with growth marketing, Product Marketing, and PR across VIP growth related initiatives
- Collaborating with other BUs to run promotional growth campaigns
- Specific events, including VIP swag coordination
Requirements:
- An educational background in a relevant field such as Data Analysis, Communications, Economics and Finance, etc
- A fast learner with an interest or experience in the crypto industry
- Strong proficiency in English speaking and writing, knowledge of Chinese is a plus
- Strong data analysis skills and is able to present conclusions with data
- Strong communication skills and is able to work with global team
- Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment, self-motivated, and capable of working under pressure
