Current university students and recent graduates

Responsibilities

Assist with the daily operations of VIP products, ensuring optimal performance and user.
Monitor and address issues related to VIP products by liaising with internal and external stakeholders to ensure timely resolutions.
Participate in planning and executing strategies for user growth, including event, campaign, and other marketing activities to achieve user growth.
Work alongside various teams, including product, marketing to ensure seamless operation and effective execution of the marketing plans.
Performance Analysis: Monitor, analyze, and report on the effectiveness of marketing campaigns and product growth initiatives using data analytics to recommend improvements.

Requirements

Currently pursuing a Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Business Administration, Finance, Marketing, Information Systems, or a related field.
Great logical thinking, communication skills, collaboration skills, detail-oriented, self-driven, and quick-learner.
Previous internship or academic exposure to operations, product management, or marketing; experience in DeFi or fintech is a plus.
Interests in the field of crypto and crypto trading products.
