Lime is the world's largest shared electric vehicle company. We’re on a mission to build a future where transportation is shared, affordable and carbon-free. Our electric bikes and scooters have powered 700+ million rides in 250+ cities on 5 continents, replacing an estimated 150+ million car trips. Named a Time 100 Most Influential Company and Fast Company Brand That Matters, Lime continues to set the pace for shared micromobility globally.

Lime is seeking to hire an experienced Executive Assistant (EA) who will provide support for the CLO and CFO along with acting as a liaison for the Board of Directors. In this role, you will interact directly with Senior Executives and Board Members, manage highly complex calendar schedule(s), assist in the development of meeting agendas, and assist in planning internal and external meetings, conferences, domestic and international travel, etc. The ideal candidate is experienced, highly flexible and adaptable to an evolving, fast-paced environment, works well under pressure, and independently manages assigned tasks/projects with the skills to reassess and prioritize deadlines for upcoming commitments and responsibilities. This position requires a highly organized, professional, and focused individual who has strong oral and written communication skills, sound judgment, and the skills to handle multiple priorities and manage sensitive, confidential information discreetly.

What you'll do:

  • Organize and manage executive calendars, including the master calendar for the Board of Directors and related travel, ensuring efficient scheduling and support for Board and committee meetings.

  • Understand the public company reporting cycle, coordinating pre-earnings preparations, Disclosure and Audit Committee meetings, earnings releases, and investor meetings.

  • Assist in planning and preparation for the Annual Stockholders’ Meeting, ensuring all logistical aspects are addressed.

  • Receive and evaluate information requests, taking appropriate action and determining when to involve executives or staff, while interpreting program guidelines for specialized administrative support.

  • Act as a concierge for the Board, addressing a range of personal and individualized requests to facilitate meeting functions.

  • Manage department logistics, including maintaining organizational charts, distribution lists, and records with accuracy and attention to detail.

  • Anticipate business needs of the leadership team, proactively formulating solutions and recommendations to meet deadlines and achieve goals.

  • Demonstrate strong interpersonal skills and diplomacy when interacting with Board members, executive leadership, and other stakeholders.

About you:

  • High school diploma or equivalent experience

  • 5+ years of experience with the following:

  • Strong calendar management

  • Proven track record of maintaining close coordination and good rapport with executives

  • In-depth experience in working with Workday, Google Suite (Gmail, Google calendar, GDrive) and Microsoft suite of tools

  • Significant expertise in supporting both internal and external partners, as well as customers at the C-suite level

  • Exhibit a strong customer service orientation, maintaining discretion and confidentiality with sensitive business information.

Preferred experience:

  • 8+ years of experience working with senior-level or C-suite executives.

  • Demonstrated ability to work efficiently, meet demanding deadlines in a fast-paced environment, and prioritize workflow with minimal supervision.

  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills to identify legal risks, evaluate complex situations, and provide effective solutions.

  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills, along with the ability to collaborate effectively across diverse teams and cultures.

The anticipated salary range for this position is $88,000 - $125,000. Annual performance bonus, equity and benefits may be provided as part of the compensation package, depending on the position offered. Not all candidates will be eligible for the upper end of the salary range. Exact salary will ultimately depend on multiple factors, which may include the candidate’s location of residence, the successful candidate's skills, experience and other qualifications. In addition to base salary, some roles may be eligible for a variable performance-bonus based on a combination of company performance, employee performance, and management discretion.
