You will be responsible for creating compelling content and assets that support our marketing efforts across various channels.
Responsibilities:
New Marketing Initiatives: Develop and execute creative marketing strategies that drive brand awareness and engagement outside of Coursera’s core platform, including social media campaigns, content for hackathons, and other promotional activities.
Content Creation: Produce high-quality marketing materials, including graphics, videos, and written content that effectively communicate Coursera’s value proposition to target audiences.
Performance Marketing Support: Collaborate with performance marketing teams to create assets that optimize campaign efficiency and maximize return on investment.
Cross-Functional Collaboration: Work closely with Domain managers, Channel managers, and Creative teams to ensure alignment on messaging and execution of off-platform initiatives.
Experimentation and Testing: Utilize tools for running ads and conducting experiments to evaluate the effectiveness of various marketing strategies, making data-driven adjustments as needed.
Creative Problem Solving: Identify marketing challenges and develop innovative solutions that enhance the overall effectiveness of brand initiatives.
Basic Qualifications:
Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, or a related field.
3+ years of experience in brand marketing or related roles, preferably within a social or creative agency environment.
Proven ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously while meeting deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
Preferred Qualifications:
