Job Description
Job Responsibilities:
- Propose and execute branding strategies to enhance Binance image and acquire new users within the APAC region.
- Organize creative brainstorming sessions and workshops to continuously explore new approaches.
- Oversee the planning, budget, implementation, and tracking of specific short-term and long-term marketing projects.
- Manage project timelines and deliverables, ensure alignment with the central team, and address risks and issues to ensure timely completion of initiatives.
- Coordinate with the central team and cross-functional teams to achieve project objectives and meet deadlines.
- Manage the creative vendor and oversee the daily production and delivery of design materials.
- Ensure timely creation and distribution of marketing assets such as festival posters, activity banners, and hotspot marketing materials.
- Maintain brand consistency across all design outputs and ensure alignment with Central Marketing.
- Develop and execute social media content strategies to enhance engagement and follower growth.
- Collaborate with the content team to create high-quality, engaging posts that align with marketing campaigns and brand messaging.
- Analyze social media metrics to measure the effectiveness of content strategies and make data-driven decisions for continuous improvement.
- Keep up with the latest social media and industry trends and innovations to ensure our content remains relevant and effective.
- Oversee the planning and coordination of offline events in various countries within the APAC region.
- Serve as the communication bridge between local markets and the central market team to ensure alignment and effective execution.
- Manage logistics, vendor relationships, and all event-related communications to ensure all events are executed flawlessly and meet the marketing objectives and brand standards.
- Oversee the production of branded swag items to support marketing campaigns and enhance brand recognition.
- Supervise the selection, design, sampling, and production of swag items on an annual, recurring basis.
- Coordinate with Central Marketing co-workers to ensure swag items meet brand guidelines and comply with company swag management policies.
Job Requirements:
- Rich experience in branding, social media and event area, including strategy, integrated marketing, virus marketing activities, etc.
- Ability to work independently with minimal supervision and strong follow up skills; proactive and collaborative.
- Attention to detail with superior organizational and communication skills.
- Excellent project and time management skills; able to prioritize and work under pressure.
- Experience working well in a fast-paced environment.
- Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Advertising, communications or related field.
- Interest in and general knowledge of the cryptocurrency/blockchain industry.
- Bilingual in both English and Mandarin to cover Greater China Market, additional Asia Language would be advantages.
