Incode is the leading provider of world-class identity solutions that is reinventing the way humans authenticate and verify their identities online to power a world of digital trust.

Through our revolutionary identity solutions, we are unleashing the business potential of universal industries including finance, government, retail, hospitality, gaming, and more, by reducing fraud and transforming human interactions with data, products, and services.

We’re in the process of rapidly scaling our diverse global team and we’re looking for entrepreneurial individuals and leaders who are curious, driven, and excited by ownership to join a Unicorn-status scale-up!

  • Position:  Business Analyst (Know Your Employee/Incode Workforce Product)
  • Location: Mexico City or Remote (Mexico)
  • Reports to: Senior Director of Strategy (Leader for Incode Workforce Product)

About Incode

Incode is transforming identity verification and cybersecurity by solving one of the most critical challenges organizations face today: validating real-world identity to secure employee interactions and prevent fraud. With the rise of deepfake fraud, social engineering attacks, and increasingly sophisticated identity threats, traditional IAM systems fall short in ensuring employee authenticity during critical moments like password resets, MFA enrollment, and account recovery.

Incode Workforce bridges this gap by integrating with leading Identity and Access Management (IAM) platforms like Okta, Ping Identity, and Microsoft Entra, as well as business-critical applications like Slack and Zoom. Through real-world identity verification, we provide seamless and secure employee onboarding, lifecycle authentication, and protection against deepfake attacks—without requiring specialized devices or intrusive processes.

Our mission is to empower organizations to confidently secure their workforce, delivering trust at every touchpoint and enabling businesses to stay ahead of evolving threats.

 Role Overview

We’re looking for a Business Analyst to join the Incode Workforce Team, playing a key role in driving strategy, execution, and cross-functional alignment for one of our most innovative products.  Qualifications

Experience:

  • Experience: 2 or more years in consulting or a similar role, with a focus on business analysis, ops, project management, or strategy

  • Stakeholder Management: Exceptional ability to work with and influence cross-functional teams and stakeholders at all levels.
  • Analytical Skills: Strong aptitude for analyzing complex data, identifying actionable insights, and driving decisions.
  • Communication: Highly polished communication skills, with the ability to create executive-level reports, presentations, and written materials.
  • Problem-Solving: A resourceful and adaptable approach to addressing challenges and navigating uncertainty.
  • Attention to Detail: Extreme focus on precision and quality in all outputs.
  • Technical Skills: Proficiency in tools like Excel, Tableau, PowerPoint, and data visualization platforms. Familiarity with CRM tools (e.g., Salesforce) is a bonus.
