Key Responsibilities

    • Strategic Partnership Development:
    • Identify and establish relationships with crypto wallet providers, DApps and other Web3 platforms.
      Drive the adoption of on/off-ramp services by negotiating and closing strategic partnerships.
    • Sales and Business Growth:
    • Develop and execute go-to-market strategies to promote our on/off-ramp solutions.
      Own the sales cycle from lead generation to contract negotiation and onboarding.
    • Market Analysis:
    • Stay informed about industry trends, competitors, and customer needs to refine value propositions.
      Provide feedback to internal teams regarding market demands, challenges, and opportunities.
    • Cross-functional Collaboration:
    • Work closely with product, marketing, and operations teams to align services with customer requirements.
      Advocate for customer-centric improvements in product offerings.
    • Thought Leadership:
    • Represent the company at industry events, conferences, and webinars to build credibility and generate leads.

Qualifications

    • Experience:
    • 3+ years in business development, sales, or partnership roles, preferably in the crypto, blockchain, or fintech sectors.
      Proven track record of achieving and exceeding sales targets.
    • Knowledge:
    • Deep understanding of on/off-ramp services, crypto wallets, blockchain technology, and Web3 ecosystems.
      Familiarity with compliance and regulatory considerations in crypto/fiat transactions.
    • Skills:
    • Strong negotiation, relationship-building, and communication skills.
      Data-driven mindset with the ability to analyze market trends and sales metrics.
      Proficiency in CRM tools and sales pipeline management.
