This is a fantastic opportunity for someone eager to have a huge impact on a fast-growing scale-up in the mobile marketing space! We are seeking a dynamic and driven individual to join our team as a Business Development Representative.
As an BDR, you will play a crucial role in seeking out new business opportunities by identifying, contacting, and developing relationships with potential customers. You'll work closely with our Sales team to optimize lead generation and a strategic sales approach.
In this role, you will:
Conduct companies research based on the ICP (Ideal Customer Profile) & outreach prospects with the custom and data-based approach.
Utilize automation tools, cold calls, and custom emails to enrich the sales pipeline with new sales opportunities.
Closely collaborate with the Sales Team to develop outreach strategies and generate opportunities to hit personal & team targets as well as to ensure the ongoing lead flow into the sales funnel.
Conduct discovery/qualification calls with the Enterprise companies as well as C-level titles to spot customers’ potential needs/interests and collect all the info needed for the Sales Team to launch the sales process.
Hit personal (monthly and quarterly) targets and contribute to the whole team's KPIs on closed deals, calls, emails, etc. Focus on quality.
Collect and update all the prospect/company statuses into CRM (Hubspot) to track the sales metrics and progress.
Proactively share the personal & client’s feedback and contribute to the team projects and initiatives to enhance sales processes.
Actively participate in education sessions and training and be open to sharing the expertise and best practices with the Sales department.
About You:
Minimum 1 year of successful work experience in an BDR or quota-carrying Sales role.
Experience with outbound lead generation.
Hands-on experience with multiple sales techniques (cold calls, personalized LinkedIn messaging, etc.).
Experience with prospecting tools & CRM.
Experience in conducting calls with clients.
Strong communication skills.
Quick learner who can adapt to an ever-changing environment.
Time management skills and the ability to work independently or under supervision.
Hunger for feedback and coaching.
Excellent written and verbal English communication skills.
