Job Description

This is a fantastic opportunity for someone eager to have a huge impact on a fast-growing scale-up in the mobile marketing space! We are seeking a dynamic and driven individual to join our team as a Business Development Representative.

As an BDR, you will play a crucial role in seeking out new business opportunities by identifying, contacting, and developing relationships with potential customers. You'll work closely with our Sales team to optimize lead generation and a strategic sales approach.

In this role, you will:

  • Conduct companies research based on the ICP (Ideal Customer Profile) & outreach prospects with the custom and data-based approach.

  • Utilize automation tools, cold calls, and custom emails to enrich the sales pipeline with new sales opportunities. 

  • Closely collaborate with the Sales Team to develop outreach strategies and generate opportunities to hit personal & team targets as well as to ensure the ongoing lead flow into the sales funnel. 

  • Conduct discovery/qualification calls with the Enterprise companies as well as C-level titles to spot customers’ potential needs/interests and collect all the info needed for the Sales Team to launch the sales process.

  • Hit personal (monthly and quarterly) targets and contribute to the whole team's KPIs on closed deals, calls, emails, etc. Focus on quality.

  • Collect and update all the prospect/company statuses into CRM (Hubspot) to track the sales metrics and progress.

  • Proactively share the personal & client’s feedback and contribute to the team projects and initiatives to enhance sales processes. 

  • Actively participate in education sessions and training and be open to sharing the expertise and best practices with the Sales department.

About You:

  • Minimum 1 year of successful work experience in an BDR or quota-carrying Sales role.

  • Experience with outbound lead generation.

  • Hands-on experience with multiple sales techniques (cold calls, personalized LinkedIn messaging, etc.).

  • Experience with prospecting tools & CRM.

  • Experience in conducting calls with clients.

  • Strong communication skills.

  • Quick learner who can adapt to an ever-changing environment.

  • Time management skills and the ability to work independently or under supervision.

  • Hunger for feedback and coaching.

  • Excellent written and verbal English communication skills.
