You will work closely with product teams and other departments to analyze payments-related data, manage complex data sources, automate data processes, and identify opportunities to optimize payment processes. Job Description
Responsibilities
- Lead the data collection and integration projects within the payments domain.
- Develop and maintain performance reports for payments analytics.
- Monitor key performance indicators (KPIs), provide insights into payment performance, transaction volumes, and other indicators.
- Identify opportunities to optimize payment processes and reduce operational costs, work with payment ops and product teams to optimize payment routing and reduce payment failures.
- Collaborate with data analysts and engineers to ensure data accuracy, completeness, and consistency.
- Collaborate with other teams such as finance, customer support, and product development to address payment-related challenges and opportunities.
- Perform ad-hoc analysis and research to answer specific business questions and support decision-making.
Requirements
- 1-3 years of experience in business analytics in finance, banking, consulting, accounting or similar sectors.
- Good level of SQL with an ambition to improve.
- Strong quantitative and analytical competency.
- Ability to identify and suggest potential improvements in the payments domain, by analyzing transactional, business and market data.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills, ability to present complex information in an easily understandable way.
