As a Business Operations Manager at RemoFirst, you’ll be responsible for ensuring that all departments within an organization work smoothly and in alignment, thereby producing the desired results for the company. We are in the process of building out a world-class HR solution and we’re bringing together a team of leaders with a passion for developing and growing.

What you’ll be doing:

      • Create & optimize the processes within the Operations Department;
      • Create & monitor performance metrics Improve the onboarding of the stakeholders to the platform;
      • Ensure that all of the stakeholders use the platform efficiently;
      • Constantly monitor efficiency within the department and develop ways to make them more effective;
      • Close cooperation with the Customer Success and Finance departments on the day-to-day escalations;
      • Oversee planning, operational systems and controls, and the organization of fiscal documentation;
      • Escalate client concerns to the stakeholders and design solutions to resolve complaints and maximize customer satisfaction.
      • Work with tax calculators, country guides, and country compliance.
      • Offer operational data and insights for establishing and evaluating improvement strategies and tactics.
      • Ensure smooth workflows within each department and establish easy and lucid communication channels between other departments and operations.
      • Track day-to-day escalations that arise in the operations department
      • Establish a safe, healthy, and inclusive work environment.
      • The main point of contact for external stakeholders.

What you’ll need:

    • 2-3 years of experience in Business Operations Manager related roles in the software industry;
    • Strong knowledge in employment laws and payroll operations;
    • A finance background and experience in a fast-paced startup environment are a plus;
    • Experience in an EOR is highly advantageous.

    • With Research skills you’ll be able to gather, review and analyze information about relative stakeholders for our business and find the best solutions.
