Job Description
The Role
- Content Creation: Develop content for Swapcard's campaigns in several short formats and channels, such as emails, landing pages, webinar scripts/slides, and social media posts.
- Campaign Execution: Support the ideation and implementation of multi-touch and multi-channel Account-based campaigns, focusing on continuous improvement.
- Team Collaboration: Work closely with all marketing team members, including content, product marketing, design, and events.
- Cross-functional Collaboration: Partner with teams across the organization to promote campaign adoption, particularly with the sales department.
- Webinar Coordination: Oversee webinar production, including content planning, speaker sourcing, training, setup, and execution.
What are we looking for?
- Experience: 2-5 years in B2B marketing.
- Language Skills: Impeccable English proficiency, with excellent spelling, grammar, and verbal communication skills.
- Get things done mindset: Action-biased, with the initiative and ability to gather resources needed to execute tasks and projects efficiently and effectively.
- Project Management: Strong project and time management skills to handle multiple campaign elements, from creation to coordination and follow-up, while adhering to deadlines.
- Storytelling & Copywriting: Proven experience as a business copywriter with an adaptable tone, capable of creating engaging, structured content for emails, landing pages, and social media.
- Analytical Skills: Strong critical thinking and analytical skills to assess content performance across channels and optimize as needed.
- Tech-savvy: A willingness to learn new platforms, with basic troubleshooting skills during live production and engagement tactics.
- A positive attitude, hunger for personal and professional growth, curiosity, and a desire to expand your skill set.
- Background: A degree in marketing, journalism, or related field.
Bonus Skills
- Industry Experience: Experience with SaaS business, the event industry, or event technology.
- ABM Experience: Previous experience with Account-Based Marketing (ABM)Working experience with Salesforce, Hubspot, Outreach, SalesLoft, Gong, Notion, and/or Slack.
- AI Tools: Experience with AI-generation tools, including familiarity with prompting and editing outputs.
