We’re looking for innovative, driven Channel Partnerships Manager who are passionate about technology and sustainability to join us in building tools that enable companies to make smarter, more responsible decisions. The Channel Partnerships Manager will be responsible for building, managing, and optimizing relationships with channel partners to drive qualified leads and revenue growth. Unlike traditional direct sales roles, this position focuses on pipeline development through indirect channels, ensuring our solutions reach new markets via trusted partners. 

This role is a fixed, permanent position. All successful applicants will receive a permanent employment contract regardless of location.  

 

The role:  

 

  • Pipeline Development – Drive revenue growth by developing a strong pipeline of qualified opportunities from referral partners and resellers. 

  • Partner Acquisition & Enablement – Identify, recruit, and onboard high-potential channel partners, ensuring they are equipped to promote our solutions effectively. 

  • Relationship Management – Build and maintain long-term relationships with channel partners, fostering trust and alignment on business goals. 

  • Sales Alignment – Collaborate closely with internal sales teams to ensure seamless lead handoff and deal progression. 

  • Performance Optimization – Set performance targets, track partner activities, and optimize strategies to improve conversion rates and revenue contribution. 

  • Go-to-Market Execution – Develop and execute joint go-to-market plans with partners, including marketing initiatives, co-selling strategies, and enablement programs. 

  • Data-Driven Insights – Use data to monitor partner performance, forecast pipeline growth, and refine strategies for maximum impact. 

  • Proven track record in channel partnerships – Must have successfully built and managed channel relationships that resulted in measurable revenue growth. 

  • Sales-oriented mindset – Strong understanding of sales cycles, lead qualification, and pipeline management. 

  • Structured approach – Ability to manage multiple partners in a methodical, strategic manner while driving consistent results. 

  • SaaS experience – Background in SaaS or technology companies with experience managing indirect sales channels. 

  • Business development skills – Demonstrated ability to identify growth opportunities, negotiate partnerships, and create mutual value. 

  • Data-driven – Proficient in using CRM systems and analytics tools to track partner performance and pipeline metrics. 

  • Longevity in strategic roles – Must have 3+ years in a single company managing channel partnerships or business development. 

  • Go-to-market planning – Experience in creating and executing channel-focused go-to-market strategies. 

  • Residing in and legally permitted to work in the EU.
