Job Summary

LearnLux is seeking a Chief of Staff to drive organizational alignment, optimize internal operations, and support strategic initiatives across the company. The ideal candidate will have 5+ years of experience in strategic planning, operations, finance or a related role, with strong organizational and communication skills. They will work closely with the CEO and COO to ensure seamless execution of company priorities, develop and implement best practices, and lead key meetings and events. About the Role

Join LearnLux as a Chief of Staff and play a critical role in driving organizational alignment, optimizing internal operations, and supporting strategic initiatives across the company. In this role, you’ll work closely with the CEO and COO to ensure seamless execution of company priorities, develop and implement organizational best practices, and lead key meetings and events. You’ll be a trusted partner to leadership, managing high-impact projects, fostering cross-team collaboration, and driving operational efficiency across the organization.

This role is essential to ensuring LearnLux operates at its highest potential. You’ll own the alignment of company initiatives, oversee organizational practices, and act as a key liaison for internal communications and planning. Key Responsibilities

  • Organizational Alignment: Drive alignment across teams by ensuring key initiatives, goals, and priorities are well-communicated, documented, and understood. Develop frameworks to track and measure progress toward company objectives, ensuring all teams are working cohesively to achieve shared goals. Build trust and strong relationships across teams to facilitate collaboration and clarity on priorities.

  • Organizational Best Practices: Implement and refine best practices for internal communication, project management, and team collaboration. Ensure consistent and efficient workflows across departments, leveraging tools and systems to enhance productivity and transparency. Serve as a company champion of values and culture, ensuring alignment across internal initiatives.

  • Support to Leadership: Serve as a trusted advisor and strategic partner to the CEO and COO, helping manage schedules, priorities, and high-impact projects. Assist in preparing for meetings, presentations, and critical decision-making discussions. Anticipate and address leadership needs to optimize effectiveness and focus.

  • Meeting and Event Management: Oversee and facilitate company-wide meetings, leadership offsites, recurring all-company meetings and internal events to foster alignment, collaboration, and engagement. Plan and structure meetings to ensure they are productive, actionable, and aligned with company priorities. Create a documentation process and manage ongoing meeting topics and notes. Act as a central organizer for major events and milestones.

  • Special Projects: Take ownership of miscellaneous projects and roles as defined by the business. Act as a flexible resource for emerging needs, adapting to the dynamic requirements of a fast-growing company.

  • Impact Measurement: Manage KPIs and OKRs to track the effectiveness of organizational initiatives, productivity, and cross-functional alignment. Continuously evaluate the success of initiatives and pivot as needed to meet company goals.

You Should Have

  • 5+ years of experience in strategic planning, operations, finance or a related role, preferably in a high-growth startup environment or consulting, IB, or PE.

  • Proven ability to manage cross-functional projects, ensuring alignment and successful execution across teams.

  • Strong organizational and communication skills, with a track record of building effective systems and workflows to drive accountability and productivity

  • Experience supporting senior leadership with complex scheduling, planning, and execution of strategic initiatives.

  • A proactive, problem-solving mindset and a passion for driving organizational excellence.

  • Familiarity with project management tools, data analytics, and internal communication platforms to enhance alignment and efficiency.
