The ideal candidate will be a licensed finance professional with excellent communication skills, able to balance professionalism with a fun and refreshing atmosphere. Responsibilities include opening new accounts, servicing existing client needs, and providing world-class service with a 'client first' mentality. The role requires strong listening and problem-solving skills, patience, persistence, and a healthy sense of humor.
