We’re looking for an experienced and collaborative Client Marketing Manager to craft and execute targeted marketing strategies that enhance client engagement, adoption, and expansion of COMPLY’s award-winning compliance software and services. You’ll work closely with the client success, operations, content, and product marketing teams to create segment-specific campaigns that celebrate our innovation, highlight product updates, and deliver maximum value to our diverse client base.
Your efforts will ensure our clients remain informed, engaged, and empowered—ultimately driving loyalty, retention, and revenue growth.
Key Responsibilities:
Client Engagement & Segment-Specific Campaigns:
Partner with the growth, content, operations, CX and install base sales teams to design and implement segment-specific campaigns that address the unique needs, use cases and priorities of different client groups.
Leverage client insights and feedback to tailor campaigns that enhance adoption, cross-sell opportunities, and client retention.
Develop and maintain a communication framework that ensures clients are consistently informed about relevant updates, best practices, and value-added services.
Collaboration with Content & Product Marketing:
Collaborate with the content marketing team to craft engaging materials, including newsletters, blogs, videos, and case studies, that educate, highlight and showcase COMPLY’s clients.
Work closely with the product marketing team to promote COMPLY’s innovations, feature enhancements, and product launches in ways that resonate with clients and encourage adoption.
Highlight the impact of COMPLY’s solutions and expertise through targeted campaigns that reinforce our position as a trusted partner.
Client Communication & Advocacy:
Work with CX team to manage client communication channels, ensuring a cohesive experience across email, webinars, social media, and in-app messaging.
Build and execute strategies to amplify client advocacy, including identifying opportunities for case studies, testimonials, and referrals from satisfied clients.
Measurement & Optimization:
Track, analyze, and report on the performance of client marketing campaigns, using metrics such as engagement, adoption, NPS, CSAT, and revenue impact to guide future strategies.
Continuously optimize campaigns based on client feedback, performance data, and evolving market needs.
Qualifications:
Experience in Client Marketing:
5+ years of experience in client or customer marketing, ideally within B2B SaaS or high-tech industries.
Proven success in creating and executing client-focused strategies that drive adoption, retention, and expansion.
Strategic & Collaborative Mindset:
Experience working cross-functionally with operations, client success, content marketing, and product marketing teams to deliver seamless client campaigns.
Ability to leverage client segmentation and data to create targeted and impactful marketing strategies.
Content Creation & Communication Skills:
Exceptional written and verbal communication skills, with experience producing compelling client-facing materials like newsletters, case studies, and product updates.
Work with product marketing to translate complex product features and concepts into client-friendly messaging.
Data-Driven Focus:
Analytical mindset with experience measuring campaign performance and using insights to improve outcomes.
Familiarity with marketing platforms such as HubSpot, Salesforce, 6Sense, Gainsight and other CRM tools to manage client communication and engagement.
Bonus Skills:
Familiarity with account-based marketing (ABM) strategies.
Familiarity with and interest in exploring and leveraging AI to optimize client communications, campaigns and data
Experience in compliance, financial services, or regulatory industries.

$85,000 - $95,000 a year
The compensation range for this role is specific to the United States and takes into account a wide range of factors that are considered in making compensation decisions including, but not limited to, skill sets, training, licensure and certification, and experience. A reasonable estimate of the base salary range for this role would be $85,000-$95,000 plus applicable bonus/benefits offerings, etc as those similarly situated within the Company.
