The Role

In this role, you will play a crucial part in expanding our client base and fostering lasting relationships with key enterprise organizations. Leveraging your sales expertise in custom software development projects, you'll engage with C-level executives, implement strategic sales approaches, and navigate complex sales cycles to drive revenue generation. You'll work closely with a dedicated cross-functional team, including marketing, delivery, and technical experts, to ensure the seamless delivery of tailored solutions that meet the unique needs of our clients.

Essential Skills

  • 5+ years of experience in selling complex custom software development projects to Fortune 2000-type companies, consistently meeting or exceeding sales targets.

  • Deep understanding of software development methodologies, technologies, and trends, enabling you to effectively communicate Nearform's value proposition to technical and non-technical stakeholders.

  • Demonstrated ability to both acquire new clients (hunting) and nurture existing accounts (farming) through relationship building, strategic selling, and consultative engagement.

  • Exceptional verbal and written communication skills, capable of delivering persuasive presentations and proposals to senior executives.

  • Ability to identify and capitalize on emerging market trends, aligning Nearform's offerings with client needs and driving revenue growth.

  • Strong team player who can effectively collaborate with internal stakeholders (sales, engineering, consulting) to ensure successful project delivery.
