Job Description
Must-Have
- 3+ years of experience building and leading high-performing sales teams, preferably in a SaaS company
- 5+ years of quota-carrying sales experience as an individual contributor, with consistently performing above quota
- Strong collaboration and influencing skills with superior communication and presentation abilities
- Positive attitude with a growth mindset
- Strong knowledge of Salesforce and other CRMs
- Excitement for recruiting and a thoughtful approach to team planning and development
- Strong ability to articulate contractual, technical, and financial value points to customers, including executive leaders
Nice-To-Have
- Experience selling into sales leaders, with a focus on sales tech software, rev ops software, or customer success software
- Previous experience in a remote work environment
- Familiarity with the latest trends and tools in sales technology
- Proven ability to drive process improvements and achieve core KPI enhancements
