Job Summary

We're seeking a Community & Partnership Manager to join our Marketing team at Rewardful, a SaaS company under saas.group. As a key role, you'll execute social media strategy, drive affiliate program growth, and engage with audiences across various platforms. With 3+ years of experience in social media management or digital marketing, you'll be responsible for creating content, managing affiliate programs, and analyzing performance metrics. Our team offers flexibility, autonomy, and a small, friendly environment. We're committed to diversity and inclusion, and we encourage applications from passionate individuals who value innovation and excellence.

This role is part of our Rewardful team, one of our growing brands at saas.group.

Rewardful is one of the brands under saas.group's umbrella. Since its launch in 2018, Rewardful has been making it super easy for SaaS companies to handle their affiliate programs using Stripe or Paddle. It's the go-to choice for over 2,600 SaaS brands aiming to set up and scale their programs. Our small but expanding distributed team is the heart of Rewardful. We're a group of friendly, collaborative professionals who genuinely enjoy working together. Our work environment fosters creativity and innovation, making every day an opportunity for our team to learn and grow.

Profile Overview

We are looking for a Community & Partnership Manager to join our Marketing team. In this role, you will be responsible for executing Rewardful’s social media strategy and driving the growth of our affiliate program, “Friends of Rewardful”. You will be part of the Marketing team and ensure consistent messaging, engage with our audience, and optimize our relationships with our affiliates.

Your immediate impact in the first 3-6 months will be:

  • Social media presence: You'll have developed and are executing a content calendar for Rewardful’s platforms (mainly LinkedIn and X), driving audience growth and engagement while ensuring alignment with our brand voice.
  • Community engagement: You’ll have built processes to track, respond to, and foster meaningful interactions across social media channels and community spaces (eg. Reddit), increasing brand awareness and trust.
  • Affiliate program management: You’re continuously onboarding new affiliates into our “Friends of Rewardful” program, equipping them with marketing assets and support to kickstart their success.

Your responsibilities

Note that we do not expect you to have an in-depth knowledge of affiliate marketing. However, we value your curiosity and interest in the topic.

  • Create, schedule, and manage content across all of Rewardful’s social media channels (LinkedIn, Twitter/X, YouTube) and leverage our presence on Reddit
  • Oversee the day-to-day operations of Rewardful’s affiliate and referral program
  • Recruit new affiliates and nurture relationships with existing partners
  • Engage with and respond to our audience and boost brand awareness
  • Analyze and report on social media and affiliate performance metrics and adjust strategies as needed

What You bring to the table

  • 3+ years of experience in social media management, digital marketing, or affiliate marketing, preferably in a SaaS or B2B environment
  • Proven track record of managing and growing social media accounts
  • Experience in managing affiliate or referral programs is a plus
  • Strong communication and English writing skills, with an eye for detail
  • Data-driven mindset with the ability to analyze performance metrics and make informed decisions

What’s in it for You

  • Ultimate flexibility: We’re 100% remote. You can work from wherever you like, whenever you like.
  • Freedom and autonomy: We’re a high-trust team, and you’ll be given lots of flexibility to solve problems in your own way — with plenty of help from the team when you need it.
  • Minimum bureaucracy: We don’t like to get bogged down with meetings and red tape. We like to be efficient and keep momentum steady & sustainable.
  • Small & friendly team: We help each other out, have fun, and joke around.
  • Our network: We are a community of entrepreneurial SaaS professionals that regularly exchange ideas, knowledge, learning and expertise with each other internally.
  • Flexible time off: We want you to recharge your batteries when needed.

Rewardful  is part of saas.group and we have a shared goal of succeeding together.
