Job Description
What You'll Do
- Help make Spotify the go-to destination for music fans and audio listeners in the Philippines
- Lead content marketing initiatives in the Philippines, including social media, artists and podcast releases, snackable content productions, and editorial partnerships content promotions
- Your strong expertise, understanding, and instincts for culture and trends will help develop, create, and produce best-in-class marketing content across the region
- Manage a social media presence that people look forward to hearing from and engaging with
- Drive regional always-on content marketing programs
- Work closely with cross-functional Spotify teams locally and across the globe
- Work closely and manage external partners (creative, media, and social agencies)
Who You Are
- A minimum of 5-8 years experience in content marketing (including social media) across strategy and creative in the Philippines
- Has experience working for brands, especially in music or entertainment industry in the local Thai market
- Confident in planning and crafting strategies for social media and content marketing campaigns with the extension across other media platforms
- Planning and distributing strategies for social media has been an integral part of your previous work history
- Broader marketing experience across all marketing & media channels, including influencers is a plus
- Understand what makes the Philippines culture distinct
- Strong analytical skills and experience in working with ad-tech tools is a plus
- Expert at establishing relationships with internal and external collaborators
- You are a self-learner, become comfortable with constantly evolving environments and challenging goals
- You are well organised, and dedicated, with the ability to plan and deliver and pay outstanding attention to detail
- You are adept at analyzing and interpreting data and using it to set goals
- You are creative and always on the pulse of culture especially social media trends and tech innovations
- Familiarity with Spotify as a user and fan is a requirement
- You are a native Tagalog speaker who has lived in the Philippines with a deep understanding of local culture

- This role is based in Singapore
- We offer you the flexibility to work where you work best! There will be some in person meetings, but still allows for flexibility to work from home.
