Cyderes is seeking a highly skilled Contract Talent Acquisition Partner to lead the hiring process for key sales and account executive positions in the cybersecurity and IT services space. The ideal candidate will have 3-5 years of recruiting experience, with a strong focus on sales, account executive, and GTM roles within the Managed Security Services or Professional Security Services sectors. They will be responsible for developing and implementing effective recruitment strategies, sourcing and engaging candidates through various channels, conducting in-depth interviews, and ensuring alignment with company culture and role specifications. The Contract Talent Acquisition Partner will work closely with hiring managers to define role specifications, set expectations, and provide regular updates throughout the hiring process. This is a 6-month contract position with potential for extension based on performance and business needs, offering remote flexibility and growth opportunities in a collaborative environment.

Job Overview:
We are seeking a highly skilled Contract Talent Acquisition Partner to join our dynamic team and lead the hiring process for key sales and account executive positions. This recruiter will focus on sourcing, screening, and hiring top-tier talent for roles such as Sales Executives, Account Executives, Inside Business Development (IBD), and Go-To-Market (GTM) professionals in the cybersecurity and IT services space.
You will partner closely with hiring managers to understand hiring needs, build targeted talent pipelines, and ensure the timely and successful recruitment of high-quality candidates.

Key Responsibilities:

    • Recruitment Strategy & Sourcing: Develop and implement effective recruitment strategies to attract candidates for MSS and PSS-focused sales and GTM roles.
    • Talent Acquisition: Identify, source, and engage with candidates through various channels (job boards, social media, referrals, direct sourcing, etc.).
    • Candidate Screening & Interviewing: Conduct in-depth interviews, assess skills, and ensure alignment with company culture and the specific demands of each role.
    • Stakeholder Collaboration: Work closely with hiring managers to define role specifications, set expectations, and provide regular updates throughout the hiring process.
    • End-to-End Recruitment: Manage the recruitment process from initial contact through to offer negotiation and placement.
    • Market Intelligence: Stay up to date with industry trends in the cybersecurity space, competitor hiring practices, and overall talent market.
    • Reporting & Metrics: Track and report on recruiting progress, metrics, and candidate feedback to continuously improve the process.

Qualifications:

    • Experience: Minimum of 3-5 years of recruiting experience, with a strong focus on sales, account executive, and GTM roles within the Managed Security Services or Professional Security Services sectors.
    • Industry Knowledge: Understanding of the cybersecurity landscape and experience recruiting for technical and sales roles within the IT services, MSSP (Managed Security Service Provider), or PSS domain.
    • Skills: Proven ability to source, assess, and recruit high-caliber talent in a highly competitive market.
    • Communication: Strong verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to engage and influence candidates and stakeholders effectively.
    • Tools & Platforms: Proficiency with Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS), LinkedIn Recruiter, and other recruitment tools.
    • Agility: Ability to manage multiple open positions simultaneously and thrive in a fast-paced environment.
