The role involves organizing business trips, researching visa and travel issues, and providing financial reporting. We are looking for a Corporate Travel Specialist with excellent organizational and communication skills.
Working on our team as a Corporate Travel Specialist position involves:
- organize business trips and provide support to the company employees (visas, tickets, transfer, accommodation, etc.);
- conduct researches on visa and travel issues, find the optimal ways of costs savings;
- cooperate with different shared services, vendors, and other departments involved;
- provide financial and statistics reporting.
Skills & Qualifications:
- 1+ years of travel industry experience;
- proficiency in English and Ukrainian languages;
- BA in Hospitality, Travel, Tourism, Business or a similar relevant field;
- great interpersonal and communication skills.
