Job Summary

StackAdapt is seeking a Creative Strategist to join their team as a remote-first company. As a Creative Strategist, you will provide creative direction, strategy, and performance recommendations to improve client campaign KPIs. You will collaborate with the Sales team to support clients, handle multiple creative requests, and deliver innovative ad creatives. The ideal candidate has 1-2 years of experience in digital marketing, strategy, and/or art direction, with a proven ability to develop strong concepts and communicate directly with clients. As a Creative Strategist, you'll be at the forefront of client interactions, collaborating closely with our Revenue team to deliver exceptional service tailored to each client's unique creative needs. Your knack for communication will shine as you showcase our Creative Studio's capabilities and services compellingly, offering strategic recommendations that elevate their brands and crush campaign goals. 

StackAdapt is a Remote First company. We are open to candidates located anywhere in Canada for this position.

What you'll be doing:

    • Providing creative direction, strategy, and performance recommendations backed by data and experience to improve client campaign KPIs
    • Acting as a subject-matter expert on all things creative to support our Sales team in winning, growing, and retaining clients
    • Demonstrating project management wizardry by handling multiple creative requests from brief creation to asset to delivery while staying on time and on spec
    • Collaborating with our dynamic Production Team to deliver innovative ad creatives that match client guidelines, surpass expectations and drive campaign performance

What you’ll bring to the table:

    • 1-2 years minimum experience in digital marketing, strategy and/or art direction. Graphic design experience is a bonus. Please provide work samples if you have them.
    • Proven ability to develop strong concepts (ie. the idea behind a creative)
    • Experience working and communicating directly with clients
    • Experience creating ads, campaigns, or promotional content for digital - this may include social media, email newsletters, websites, paid advertising, etc.
    • Additional consideration is given to candidates with advanced experience in graphic design, programmatic, HTML, CSS or Javascript, and/or is a fluent speaker of French, Spanish or German.
