The ideal candidate will have industry experience and CRM-related experience and be comfortable using a variety of tools. Planning, managing, and operating all campaigns and promotions. Also, communicate internally and externally with the relevant teams.
Manage and operate all CRM channels (LINE/Newsletter/X/Membership)
Create and update content for campaigns and promotions
Analyze CRM-related data and come up with suggestions for improvement and enhancement.
Assist other tasks related to website content production
