Join Binance's Customer Service team as a Customer Support Representative for Eastern Europe / Bulgaria, Sofia / Portugal, Lisbon / Greece, Athens. As a key member of the client-facing business, you will handle customer queries, complaints, and identification approval processes via ticketing systems and live chat. You will also provide 7*24h online enquiry and email reply services to customers, support other business units with customer liaison, and accurately document customer requests and advice. Job Description
Responsibilities:
- Handle back office tickets, and provide 7*24h online enquiry and email reply services to customers.
- Handle customer enquiries, advice and suggestions via email or online tools.
- Support other business units with customer liaison, accurately document customer requests and advice, and provide feedback in the form of documentation.
- Handle customer complaints, special cases or ad hoc tasks.
Requirements:
- Bachelor degree or above.
- Minimum 1 year experience in customer service, preferably in finance or E-commerce industry.
- High level of honesty and integrity. Proactive and meticulous.
- A sense of responsibility and team work spirit.
- Ability to work under pressure, strong communication skills and exceed beyond expectation.
- Willing to work under different work shifts, including night shifts.
- Positive about the crypto industry.
- Personal or professional experience with cryptocurrency.
- Proficient in both Polish and English.
