Job Summary
Blinkist is seeking a Customer Success Manager to join their B2B team. The role involves developing and nurturing relationships with enterprise accounts, collaborating on strategic success plans, and providing technical expertise to support customer adoption. The ideal candidate has at least 3+ years of experience in customer success roles within SaaS or digital content environments, excellent written and oral communication skills, and a proven track record of solving complex customer challenges. About The Role
Blinkist’s B2B team is in an exciting phase of growth as we reboot our B2B business. Operating since 2020, the B2B portfolio includes a varied global B2B global portfolio.
Over the last few years, the formation of the B2B team has changed. In 2023, we were acquired and integrated our Blinkist B2B team into our parent company - Go1. We are now reverting back to two separate entities, hence rebuilding our team.
We are in a fast paced, hyper growth stage where we have ambitious expansion plans. We are looking for people with hunger, drive and a thirst for high velocity growth as we expand our team.

What You'll Do
- Relationship Building: Develop and nurture strong relationships with a portfolio of enterprise accounts, focusing on minimizing churn and driving expansion by partnering with customers on post-sales implementation and technical adoption.
- Strategic Planning: Collaborate with customers to build strategic success plans with clear objectives, milestones, and KPIs, ensuring alignment with their business goals.
- Technical Expertise: Apply domain knowledge and best practices to support customer success plans, removing blockers and leading resources to ensure seamless product adoption.
- Customer Engagement: Engage regularly with customers through structured touchpoints, including strategic discovery, executive business reviews, and roadmap presentations.
- Data-Driven Insights: Analyze product usage data to identify opportunities for improving product adoption, delivering business value, and reducing churn.
What We're Looking For
- Experience: At least 3+ years of experience in customer success roles within SaaS or digital content environments, with a proven track record of solving complex customer challenges.
- Communication Skills: Excellent written and oral communication skills, with the ability to engage effectively with all organizational levels.
- Industry Knowledge: Experience working with Learning & Development or Talent Development teams is desirable, providing insights into their unique challenges and how Blinkist can support their objectives.
- Problem Solver: Creative and driven, with a proactive approach to identifying opportunities for growth and improvement within customer accounts.
- Collaborative Team Player: Strong ability to work cross-functionally, facilitating workshops and collaborating with partners to deliver exceptional customer experiences.
