The ideal candidate has a Bachelor's degree in Chemistry, Linguistics, or related field and at least 3 years of experience in translation and review of chemistry documents. They should possess good written/verbal communication skills, Microsoft Office knowledge, and a results-driven work ethic. This is a remote position with expected weighted volume per locale of around 2,000 words per week.

The role of the proficient-level Slovak linguistic reviewer is to handle linguistic quality assessments on Chemistry content for our global client.

MAIN DUTIES

    • Completes linguistic assessments of the translation of teams

REQUIRED SKILLS

    • Bachelor's degree from a four-year college or university in Chemistry, Linguistics, Language, or related field, or equivalent combination of education and experience
    • At least 3 years of translation and/or review of chemistry documents, from Czech into Slovak
    • Linguistic quality management mindset
    • Good written/verbal communication
    • Good Microsoft Office and Internet knowledge
    • Ambitious and with a desire to learn and progress
