Welocalize is seeking a Slovak Patent linguistic reviewer to assess the translation of electricity content from Czech into Slovak. The role involves completing linguistic assessments on a large volume of documents, with an expected weighted volume of 2,000-5,000 per week. The ideal candidate has a bachelor's degree in Electricity, Linguistics, or a related field and at least 3 years of experience in translation and review of Patent electricity documents. This is a remote position that requires strong written and verbal communication skills, proficiency in Microsoft Office and Internet tools, and a results-driven work ethic. OVERVIEW

The role of the proficient-level Slovak Patent linguistic reviewer is to handle linguistic quality assessments on electricity content for our global client.

Location: remote
Required CAT Tools: JIRA, XTM
Expected Weighted Volume Per Locale, Per Week: 2,000 - 5,000/ week

MAIN DUTIES

    • Completes linguistic assessments of the translation of teams

REQUIRED SKILLS

    • Bachelor's degree from a four-year college or university in Electricity, Linguistics, Language, or related field, or equivalent combination of education and experience
    • At least 3 years of translation and/or review of Patent electricity documents, from Czech into Slovak
    • Linguistic quality management mindset
    • Good written/verbal communication
    • Good Microsoft Office and Internet knowledge
    • Ambitious and with a desire to learn and progress
    • Results-driven work ethic with high energy and enthusiasm levels
