Job Summary
Superside is seeking a Data Analyst to join their cross-functional team. The ideal candidate will have strong SQL skills and experience with dbt, as well as familiarity with CRM tools, marketing automation platforms, and BI platforms like Looker or Tableau. They will work closely with stakeholders to structure marketing data layer, enhance attribution models, and guide campaign strategy with accurate and actionable insights. Job Description
What you’ll do
- Build and maintain marketing-centric data models using dbt, ensuring they’re reusable, scalable, and aligned with business goals.
- Translate ambiguous questions into structured analysis that drives action, always with curiosity, precision, and rigour.
- Design and analyse experiments and attribution models to evaluate performance, ROI, and growth impact.
- Partner with marketing leadership to define KPIs and reporting frameworks that support strategic decision-making.
- Create and maintain dashboards using BI tools like Looker, Omni, or Hex, focusing on usability, clarity, and long-term impact.
- Use Exploratory Data Analysis (EDA) and marketing data expertise to identify levers for cost efficiency, conversion optimisation, and growth expansion.
- Automate reporting workflows and build scalable metrics that can be reused across teams, rather than creating single-use analyses.
- Work cross-functionally to embed analytics into operational workflows and improve internal systems that rely on data.

What you’ll need to succeed
- Strong SQL skills and experience working with large, complex datasets.
- Proven hands-on experience with dbt and a strong understanding of data modelling best practices.
- Familiarity with CRM tools (HubSpot, Salesforce), marketing automation platforms, and data tracking setups.
- Comfortable designing experiments, interpreting test results (especially A/B tests), and making data-informed decisions.
- Experience with BI platforms like Looker, Omni, Hex, or Tableau, with a user-focused approach to dashboard design.
- A background in Marketing Analytics (preferably B2B), with knowledge of funnel metrics, CAC, attribution models, and campaign tracking.
- A proactive and collaborative mindset — you ask “why?”, challenge assumptions, and aim to make lasting improvements.
